I don't see what me losing winning has to do with Vintrict reading one fight and then deciding that everyone should be allowed to flounder in the water.
...when people in other fights were scrambling to get out of it in order to avoid ringouts.

The OOC thread where you have the balls to DEMAND a standard profile for the GTB. You know what else is? That you just said this about Vintrict as a tournament host and not as a person. I do want to apologize for my previous acting.
I went a bit out of hand on Vansin, and will be apologizing to him.
I will not go back on my choice, but I will try to put some insight into my rather sudden outburst.
Me and my wife are going through some rough times, and I have been on serious edge lately.
I will be apologizing to Vansin as well, I just wanted to apologize to everyone here who witnessed it, I was well out of hand.

Oh yeah, and the guild is apparently set to not auto-accept anyone who joins, and my friend wants to be able to join to make posts for whatever reason. he may also be participating next time.

Not as good as the potential ring out I thought I had gotten after writing two novels.
smile mindset: I like my opponent and enjoy fighting him yes.
mad mindset: I saw I had no advantages and induced my opponent into a possible bad reaction, when it fell into place beyond my wildest dreams I was thrilled. I worked really hard to justify everything I did, now the result of that is null. crying
mad mindset: everything that has gone my way in this battle has just been effectively s**t-canned by an after the fact rule change.
mad mindset: I could have avoided serious injury but now I can't
mad mindset: not entirely sure this is fair, as I actively wasted three shuriken trying to keep my opponent away from the platform and revealed an attack for nothing.
confused mindset: WTF do I do now?
question mindset: Can I add something to my profile after the fact? Okay, that was sarcastic and a bit rude. I'm bitching now.
question mindset: Serious question. Can't you make this only apply from a certain moment forward so I still have a chance to win by ring out? Maybe, drag in the bouys ICly and have an announcement like, hey people, Adult Swim, all kids out of the pool so the fighters can swim? That way it's not entirely Ex post facto, and if my opponent does manage to get up, he no longer needs to worry about a ring out.

My friend is Pax Ethenica, who just applied and is NOT a KB mule. Promise! He's been a member of Gaia for years and has thousands of posts.
You should totally reinvite him to join, cause he wants to for some reason.

Nah, I'll just keep kicking him in the water until I can't anymore. Then I'll do something else fighting wise, maybe take a swim myself and try water combat. It was good while it lasted.
Can anyone say Mulligan? Someone just did. lol. I'm out for the night.

That's not horribly creative. There are a couple dozen better ways to fight a furry that exploit the weaknesses of a giant two legged creature. Throwing shuriken at his eyes was one, but you kinda ruined that for yourself.
