While Yuki plays with Reeve's mind like a master fiddler, Sage simply sits and meditates in the main room. His right arm is limp, but held in place by the fact that his hands are intertwined. As he meditates, a fight seems to break out inside of his head....

((and so the fun finally begins...I've been waiting for the right time to do this since I made the character. The 'Dark Figure' within his mind will be in Red text, the guardian figure in blue, and sage himself in normal.))

As Sage meditates, he walks down a hallway within his mind, doors on either side, and an endless procession from one end to the other. Or so it seems at least. Each door seems randomly shut, open, or part way between. After a long time of searching, Sage comes to a Door with a Guardian figure in front of it. The Guardian himself has on a full set of oriental style armor, wields a Naganata, and has a Katana and Wakazashi paired at his side. His facial features seem to be non-existant. Instead, he has pale skin, a slit for a mouth, and green eyes. Behind the figure is a door, unlike the other doors however, this one is not only shut, but it has numerous seals and chains barring it from opening. As Sage approaches, the Guardian speaks up. "Why have you come here again? You know I am not allowed to open these memories until a time when you are strong enough to face them."
With a sigh, Sage replies to the Guardian, " Because..I felt your suggestions earlier...about fencing. Why did you speak to me then? And more importantly, why did I hear another voice...one urging me to take advantage of a weakness that would be like kicking an opponent when they're down?"
Instantly, the Guardian replied, " There has been a stirring in your memories. The more you persue the use of chakra, the stronger your old memories will become. You must drop this training in chakra if you are to survive as you are."
Stepping back, Sage brought his hands up in a defensive position. Within his mind, his body was not only whole, but he wore a strange kind of armor. An armor only barely reflected in the form that his armor of ectoplasm currently took. " Stop training? but why? what harm is it going to do to learn these arts? Does this mean I was a ninja before my memory erasure?"
With a sigh, the Guardian shook his head, " you know as well as I that I cannot answer that question. If I did, it could trigger a reaction. As it is, you should go...before he awakens again."
After shaking his head, Sage replied, " He being my old self? so what...it's not like we can't subdue him should he break free..."
As Sage speaks to himself, A rumbling shakes the corridor. One of the seals over the door behind the guardian pops, and burns away. It reveals a slot in the door, and behind that slot are a pair of red glowing eyes. With a Deep, Evil sounding voice, the eyes in the darkness reply, " Going to let me out hmm? going to let me out so I can rip your pathetic excuse of a personality apart...hmm? Maybe you should listen to him boyo...after all, if you let me out now, I'll not have any fun as I tear your sorry excuse for an Ego apart." As it finishes speaking, it begins to giggle and laugh.
Sage looks to the guardian, " then answer me this...how long until I can beat it myself?"
The Guardian turns and places it's hand over the slit on the door, replying with, " You will need to master your shaping of ectoplasm...and you will need to learn to manipulate the light before you can battle with this part of yourself and hope to win. Go now, before he gets any stronger."
Sage nods, and comes out of the Meditation.

As he leaves his meditative state, Sage's body rolls with beads of sweat. His breathing is deep, panting as if he had just run a 5 minute mile.

Reeve's eyes widen yet again, but he pretends he doesn't notice, trying valiantly to remain calm and conversive.
"So's there any reason y'like pickin' on me so?"
Inwardly, he's freaking out. Only a few times had he seen Sarya, and Fenris had always been dressed when they'd seen each other...

After taking a few moments to bring his heart down from a racing gallop, Sage brought himself into a standing position. need to master ectoplasm and light then...hmm? Well first I'll need to relax. There's a bath around here isn't there? it would certainly beat using ectoplasm to clean myself...again...

As Sage thought, he made his way towards the baths. Scratching his hair with his left hand as he walked.

((and just for the record: no, he wasn't a ninja, but he did manipulate Ki (which is close to chakra, if not the same thing.) ))

As Sage walked into the Baths, He noticed Yuki and Reeve taking a bath already. Instead of freaking out, jumping around, or even blushing, he just waves and says, " so, is this a private love bath or am I allowed to join in?"

"Oi!"
Reeve starts, scared by her tickle-ambush. He pulls her hands away, subconciously squeezing one whilst pushing her away with the other.
"I'm..ah... gotta go."
He ninjapoofs again and appears dry, and fully dressed.
"Arrah, later.."

He stalks off, blushing brightly.
