Sub arc idea
a tournament between the five villages were each village selects there strongest warrior and there strongest genin.
so each of the villages strongest and each of there cosen genin will fight sound cool.

Hmm... we should have a competition in the villages themselves and the ones the comes on top, will be in the tournament. That should be better than having just choosing who is the strongest without having a spar or something...
