@Golden: I think to make the fight more epic and give the third a chance. That or they know Sarutobi knows about them so it'd be tricky to fight when the target knows about all of what you can do. @Kurg: Well look in the wikinaruto website, if you read about Harashisama then you'll know how good he is.
