I just designed the character and realized who he looked like. At least, how I meant for him to look like. He doesn't have Kakashi's gay vest at least.

Ugly as that vest is, it might be the only rational piece of equipment all the ninja wear; I'm sorry, but your open toe shoes do not exactly strike professional.
