Arekku barely spares a glance at him before he says, "Hey Tommy." That's when his cell phone rings, "Hello?" He answers, "But!.... Why do I have to run to B and N with you!?..... Ugh! Whatever by... Hey I'll be back in like a half an hour, I'm really sorry, Tommy." He gave a very apologetic look then tossed Stormy's pokeball and flew off.

MISSION- Having a Ball! A band of thieves has stolen a rare pokeball and fled into the desert. Your mission is to find their hideout, break in, and steal back the pokeball.
Pokemon: Sandshrew Cacnea Trapinich
Money: 1000 ---
Adam wiped his brow as he flew through the hot desert sun. The thermals here were great, allowing for him to coast most of the time without having to flap his wings, but the heat! It was nigh-unbearable. The Flyboy spotted a small dark spot coming towards him, he stopped, hanging in mid-air as Buzz flew up to him. “Find anything?” The bird shook it’s head no. “Ah well, good job!” he returned the Taillow before continuing his flight.
As he scanned the ground, he spotted odd little holes in the sand, dotting the landscape. He coasted down for a closer look. As if a vacuum had turned on, he plummeted into one of the conical pits, landing on his butt and sliding down to the bottom. “Ack! … What the-?” He jumped up to his feet, before flapping his wings. He got up level with the opening of the hole before the wind pushed him back into the pit.
The way it was designed, it pulled wind into it, along with whatever was stupid enough to coast into it. And it’s designer had just noticed that it had caught something. A small Trapinch tunneled up out of the sand, standing in the center of the pit, blinking at Adam.
“Umm… Hi?” The Trapinch let out a clicking, liquidy shriek, scurrying towards Adam. “Ack! Theed, Time to Party!” He threw the ball out, releasing his Chikorita.
The Trapinch snapped it’s jaws, almost tauntingly. “Theed, Vine Whip!” The grass-type obeyed, grabbing the Trapinch and throwing it into the sand. The ant-pit pokemon burrowed it’s way underground, Dig.
“Alright, when it comes up use Absorb.” The Chikorita, waited looking around nervously before… The sand under Theed rose, the Trapinch attacking from underneath! Chikorita recovered quickly, using it’s vines to suck the HP straight from Trapinch.
“Vine Whip!” Theed’s vines emerged again, but not before the Trapinch clamped onto her, um, rear area. Theed yelped, smacking the Trapinch with her vines repeatedly. The ant pokemon fell off, As near to fainting as it was gonna get.
“Pokeball, do your thing.” Adam threw a pokeball at the ground type, encasing it. 3 wobbles and Trapinch was his.
After 15 minutes, Adam finally managed to climb out of the loose sand of the pit. He made sure to move as far away from any pits around him before taking off straight up, In order to avoid being sucked in again. “That was annoying…” He stopped, squinting. Something… Yes! That’s it!
The warehouse was camouflaged with some sort-of cloaking mechanism, pretty high tech for a couple of thieves. Only from high up could Adam see the distortion where the top ended and the sky began. He swooped down, flapping just over the roof, lowering, before the entire building revealed itself. Apparently, He had hit the point where the cloaking device hid him too.
The building wasn’t all that big. Two stories, Adam slipped open a second story window, swooping into an abandoned room. People rarely lock 2nd story windows.
Tip-toeing through the door, Adam looked up and down the hall. “If I were a stolen pokeball, where would I be?” He whispered to himself. “Man, I don’t understand why we need to keep the ball downstairs, in the middle of the big warehouse.” A voice came from around a corner, coming closer. “Don’t sweat it Delario, you complain to much.” “No you don’t complain enough…” The voices died away and Adam opened the door again. The two had past it without even a glance, which meant they didn’t know he was here.
Adam glanced around the corner of the big metal staircase, spotting the pokeball and two people guarding it. The guards were watching the doors, their backs to him.
He jumped up, taking flight within the spacious warehouse with barely a flutter. He landed, not as quietly, on the table, scooping up the ball. “I’ll be taking this!” He taunted, jumping back into the air. He was going to pull out a pokeball to battle, but the guards beat him to it with- GUNS? He glanced down the barrel of some sortof pistol. He couldn’t tell what type. “Ehehe… Now that’s just not fair.” He flapped his wings once more, before letting himself drop down, landing behind a great big wooden crate.
“Come-on out from behind there bird-boy!” The guard without the gun called, moving towards Adam’s hiding place.
Without warning, the Angel rolled out from behind the crate, on one knee as he held his Bow. He fired twice, arrows of light appearing as he pulled the string before being sent into the two baddies. His aim was greatly improved by the fact he controlled the direction the arrows went with his mind.
Neither arrows pierced the guards, they weren’t sharp enough. One of them flew into the unarmed guard’s gut, sending him to his knees. The other light arrow knocked the gun out of guard #2’s hand, sending it clattering along the floor
Adam flew for the door, Hitting the pad on the side that read unlock, before pushing it open. “We won’t forget this kid! Our boss’ll have no problem finding some teenager with wings!!!” the man’s scream echoed through the door and out into the desert. Adam paid no mind to the threat, coasting on the thermals as he fly back home.
--- MISSION completed Current Rank: Aqua Member
NOTES: Pretty ingenious of them to put their base in the middle of a field of Sand pits, though it might do them well to lock to upper windows from now on.
PKMN used: Chikorita PKMN obtained: Trapinch

Adelle walked into HQ, dropping her bags on the ground as Houndour trotted in a moment later. It felt so good to be home, even her pokemon looked happy to be back, even if she was sure the rest of the Aquans were still in bed at this hour. Tossing her blue ponytail over her shoulder, Adie lugged her bags to her room, dropping them next to the door before crawling into bed with Houndour, cuddling with the pokemon and releasing a contented sigh before drifting off into a light sleep.

MISSION- Flame on! Go catch a fire pokemon! Pokemon: Any non evolved, non legendary fire pokemon Money: 600 ||||||||||||||||||| Arekku finally decided to take a break with all the huge important missions. He wanted something simple, easy almost, that wouldn't necessarily put his life in jeopardy. Something he wanted to do would be good. Catching a pokemon? He hadn't even known that there were missions that were that easy. He almost laughed at the thought of just going out to catch something! “Alright guys, Let's go. I guess I should do some training against Fire type that we don't want, eh?” He looked at his pokeballs as if they would actually talk back to him. Once through the teleporter he tossed Aro's pokeball, setting loose the large purple Aerodactyl. “Alright... let's see where we can go to find a Fire type...” He looked threw his booklet a few times studying where most could be found. “Hm.... Well this is interesting... Looks like these two are located in the same place but only at night.... Which it is.” He looked up at the cloudy night sky, the moon could barely be seen through the wondrously shaped clouds. “Alright Aro, we're going to a place we don't know all to well. So let's both be on the look out. Got it?” Aro nodded and glanced back to his grinning trainer, and in turn seemed to grin. “Alright boy, let's go!” He petted the back of the large pokemon. Soon enough they were nearing the gap between Celadon City and Saffron City called Route 7. Landing on the outskirts of Celadon Arekku could hear the music and cheers of some kind of festival going on in the city. He shrugged, he never was one for parties so it'd be better if he were to just find what he wanted and leave. He returned Aro and began his trek through the rather short Route. While walking along the bushes and through the tall grass it appeared to be buzzing with active night time pokemon. Suddenly what looked like a shadow with bones sticking through the top of it ran across the little warn path Arekku was on. He barely recognized the blur as a Houndour. The pokemon ran around behind him like it was circling him but stopped and Arekku turned around to face him. The Dark Pokemon was snarling at him like a rabid beast. “Okay but remember you asked for it!” He began to toss a pokeball but felt a sharp pair of fangs dig into the back of his leg. He reeled back in pain and cried out loudly. He firmly kicked his other foot back and stuck a nice kick to the neck or mid body of whatever had bit him. He spun around to see a Vulpix starting to stand back up. Houndour could be heard from behind him running toward the trainer, who spun around with one hand out able to catch the pokemon's front right paw in mid jump and toss it into the other attacker. The two stood up and began their slow advance toward Arekku. “Alright guys, but like I said before, you asked for it...” he tossed two pokeballs revealing the two fighting types, Tess and Ruki. Houndour, as if remembering that it had a weakness against Fighting pokemon, seemed to take a step back but got right back up next the Vulpix not too long after. Arekku was actually fairly pleased that he found the two Fire types easily. Ruki ran at Vulpix and clapped on the end of it's nose, surprising and flinching the opponent. Houndour ran at Tess and quickly Headbutted Tess backward, surprisingly causing her to flinch. Tess and Ruki were able to get back into position as well as the Houndour and Vulpix. Houndour took the first strike in the second turn, it's mouth lit up due to it's two fiery fangs in a Fire Fang attack. It was able to chomp down on Tess's leg, causing her to flinch. Vulpix opened it's mouth and shot four large purple fire balls at Tess which weren't dodged and caused a massive burn on her forearm. Not letting the burn have an effect on her she ran at the Houndour with her arms crossed. She chopped doing massive damage with her Cross Chop attack. The Houndour tumbled backwards against a tree and was near fainting. Arekku quickly tossed a pokeball in it's direction. In a flash of red light then pokeball engulfed the pokemon the begin fighting for it's freedom. Arekku and Vulpix were both holding their breath. ''Wriggle,, ''Wriggle,, ''Wriggle,, .......Ding! The Houndour had been caught. “Awesome! Now! Vul-..” There were blinking lines where Vulpix should have been but Ruki was gone to he could barely see her shape running after the small Fire type. Arekku hurried on after, limping slightly due to his minor injury. “If I play the White Flute, that Vulpix might turn around....” He was getting close to Ruki and the pokemon as he pulled out his White Flute and played a little. A few pokemon in the trees looked from their perches at him and with that, the Vulpix turned around ready to begin fighting with him again. He returned Tess, no longer in need of her assistance. Since this was a new battle Ruki thought it'd be a good idea to start things off with Fake Out as she had last battle. She ran up quickly and clapped on the opponent's nose, causing the enemy to flinch. As Vulpix regained herself Ruki had backed up near Arekku. Vulpix ran at Ruki but stopped not to far away. Okay, weird. Ruki was about to attack Vulpix but stopped, In Arekku's eyes, Ruki's appearance had begun twisting and bending, eventually Ruki had been tossed backwards and was back to normal. Extrasensory. Ruki was barely able to stand up as she centered herself and ran at the foe and had used an awesome Counter. Which nearly fainted the opponent Vulpix. Arekku already had the pokeball in his hand and was waiting for this chance. He tossed the pokeball which connected with the Vulpix's nose. Like with Houndour, the red light engulfed Vulpix and began shaking due to the Vulpix's will to break free. ''Wriggle,, ''Wriggle,, ''Wriggle,, .......Ding! Vulpix had been caught with the help of Ruki. Arekku quickly checked his watch, he'd spent less than an hour trying to catch the two small fire types. He returned a huffing Ruki and limped back to where he'd landed, tossed Aro's pokeball hopping on him and taking off for HQ. The arrived soon after with a simple mission completed and two fire types caught.

"Sammy!" Adelle walked into the lounge, plopping down in her favorite chair as Houndour padded in after her. The blue-haired Aquan had a smile on her face and a sparkle in her eye, showing just how glad she was to be back. However, that smile melted into a look of surprise as her eyes zoomed in on the glittering ring gracing Sammy's finger.
"What...in god's name happened while I was gone?! Who's the lucky guy?"
