Virgil Hawkins Linda almost died... and then didn't... and then had babies for some reason. Basically. The Zooms made Wally re-live the worst day of his life, the one where Linda lost the twins. Then Barry showed up... and I'm guessing he fixed everything with Wally, and re-set the timeline from that moment, so that Linda kept the twins. The weird thing is that at the time, she was already pregnant again, so theoretically she lost the third in favor of the first two.
