Batsu groaned at the thought of more D-ranked missions. "Those get a bit tiring after a while. I mean, it's something to do. However, the missions are so... easy... even for me. I guess the big downfall is that I have to continuous work with Masaraku. We all get things accomplished, but it's just having to deal with her selfish ways along with that over-inflated ego of hers. I really wish the chuunin exams show her a bit of humility and shut her up for once."

Shinzu said as he stopped in front of the dummy, and sent it up into the air with a strong uppercut.

Batsu gave a quick nod. "Sure, I don't mind it at all. I kind of need to do something that will make me stronger before chuunins anyways. A mission would help out quite a bit and get me to hone my skills. What do you know about this village anyways? Is it a lot of people there? Where is it? Are here some places to buy stuff?"

"Beats me, it;s just a civilian village, so there's no saying what exactly will be there. There's several around here, and I'm not even sure which one it is, but most are farming villages. Hey maybe with some luck we'll end up in one with a hot spring, ahhh a nice paid vacation." Once again Shinzu beat the dummy to it's target, and this time he punched it down towards the ground. Dropping he prepared his final blow, all he had to do was beat the dummy one last time.

"Um... I don't think I want to share a hot spring with you. We're teammates and all but there are somethings that I don't want to see, ya know?" Batsu's face and ears actually turned beet red for the first time since being a ninja. Thinngs such as this really got to him and he couldn't help it. Batsu was just way too timid for that and it showed as he buried his face in the book.

"Oh come on Batsu, we're teamates, besdies are you saying you haven't gone to any of the pulblic springs in the village?" Shinzu tried to say to Batsu as he raced the dummy down. It distracted him, and he wasn't able to catch up in time, so quickly adjsuting himself he landed on the ground seconds after the dummy.

"N-NO!!!" Batsu screamed loud as his face damn near turned purple. Such a complex being Batsu was. Seeing a female naked, or close to it, didn't bother the boy in the slightest. Guys however, were a different issue. It made him ridiculously timid and that was saying a lot considering that the boy was far from being timid in his normal state of mind.

"Ok fine man, whatever you want I suppose." Shinzu raised an eyebrow as he stood up and looked at Batsu for a moment. Shrugging he went back to think about his training. With his ultimate combo ruined, Shinzu had no idea what to do now. Perhaps he could could set up up another, nah the second gate was starting to were on him... Eh maybe he'd just throw it or something.

Batsu looked down into is book and went back to reading after he started to feel himself calm down from his embarrassing display of emotion. He hoped that never happened again... even though consolation was that it happened around Shinzu... the one he trusted most.

Batsu shrugged. "I kinda just want to get out of the village. It would be fun to see more than just Kiri all the time." Batsu closed his book and sighed as he looked up at the ceiling. "Between you and me, I always wondered what it would be like to be a ninja who could go wherever he pleased while still being loyal to their village. I want to be like that one day." Batsu sighed as he flopped on the ground and lied down.

Shinzu said with a shrug, as he picked up dummy and tossed it back towards the the others. It landed perfectly, even if it shook for a few seconds, before finally settling. Grinning Shinzu dusted off his hands and deactivated the Second Gate. "Ah finally that's over."

Batsu picked his book back up and continued to read while still lying on the ground. "I heard that they have superior weapons there and the metal is made of a rare metal that is super conductive to lightning. Maybe we can take a trip down there and check it out? I mean it can't hurt, and you can get in a hot spring there since you want a vacation so badly." Batsu smirked as he sat up again.

Shinzu went over and sat by Batsu, sighing contently as he did so, as much as he'd gotten done that day, he didn't want to mess with another gate for a long time. "Yeah that's what I heard, they also differently than ninja too, it's extremely deadly apparently. Might explain why there hasn't been a Shinobi-Samurai War in a long time." Shinzu said, as he laid back and stared up at the rafters for a minute. "Maybe we'll go after our mission, what are we going to do about Masaraku though? You know she won't let us go alone right?"
