17 + 1 = 18 Pass Cp: 18/24 Once more Tairu deactivated his Byakugan almost immediately. After his third success Tairu's eagerness to continue was only growing. Alright I'm feeling really confident about this now, I'm almost certain that I'll have mastered activating my Byakugan soon. Tairu happily resumed his practice routine as he mentally ran through the 48 hand seal sequence and then physically ran though them in a mock run. After satisfying his pessimistic side with practice Tairu's optimistic side sensed it was time to try the hand seal sequence again. Tairu began the 48 hand seal sequence: Kiri, Dragon, Vajra, Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri | Dragon, Vajra, Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri, Dragon | Vajra, Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri, Dragon, Vajra | Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri, Dragon, Vajra, Tiger! "Byakugan!"
After Four successive times in activating his Byakugan with the hand seals Tairu was simply ecstatic. He knew that the Byakugan was in his blood. Even though Yokou-sama had told him not to think of destiny Tairu couldn't help it. It seemed like it was his destiny to master the Byakugan. If I can master my Byakugan and the Juuken Kempo Ryuu I know that my family will acknowledge me!

"I don't want to stress myself out. I won't worry too much about getting them all quickly". He said more to himself than anything. Saito thought of one last hand-sign to attempt before taking a short break. He needed to get his mind off this, the more he cleared his mind, the more he was starting to wander in his head. He was getting excited about actually starting this ordeal. His first handsign... he was really going to be a ninja..
'Monkey!', he thought for a second, trying to speed himself up. This wasn't too hard, he simply let his middle-fingers touch his wrists. His right hand should be on top. He quickly brought his hands together once more.
He looked at his hands. Good enough. Saito glanced up at Yarotai then bowed a bit. "Excuse me for a bit please..", he kindly noted and walked away. He looked up at the sky, still trying to relax. That was the best way to train, a clear mind. The boy placed his hands in his pockets and started.

Cp: 16/24 After four successful activations of the Byakguan Tairu was beginning to feel the drain on his chakra reserves. He quickly deactivated his Byakguan again so that the training could continue. Tairu's confidence was still booming as he assured himself that he had mastered activating the Byakugan with the 48 hand seal sequence. Alright one more time just for good measure. Tairu thought as he started his practice routine again. First came the mental walk through of the 48 hand seals and then physical walk through. Once the walk through was complete Tairu's mind went into business mode as he started up and ran through the 48 hand seal sequence. Kiri, Dragon, Vajra, Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri | Dragon, Vajra, Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri, Dragon | Vajra, Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri, Dragon, Vajra | Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri, Dragon, Vajra, Tiger! Upon Reaching the 48th hand seal Tairu yelled out "Byakugan!"Something was wrong, Tairu didn't feel the newly familiar veins that surrounded his optical region when the Byakugan was active. In disbeleif he reached up with is right hand and felt the are around his eyes. Nothing? The veins simply weren't there and the world looked exactly the same. In his confidence Tairu must have messed up some minute detail as his focused slipped. Tairu's confidence plumited like the Hindenburg until he was at neutral state once more. The young Yakedo continued to walk, still staring at the sky. His mother's loving visage slowly formed in his head. He remembered every precious moment of the memory. Her beautiful last words. He was the one who held her hopes and dreams. Her Will of Fire would burn brightly in him.
He smiled, looking down as he moved his fingers over his hairpins she gave to him. He would keep these in always...
His memories were halted as he noticed very faint, yet consistent shouts. 'Yakgun?', he thought (o_O). At this moment, he imagined some sort of man yelling for his Yakgun, while running from some Ox. 'Oi...', he thought a bit exasperated. (-.-;; )
He walked towards the sounds and last time was the most clear. 'Byakugan!', snapped his mind. Where had he heard that before.
He remembered hearing about it during one of his father's old-man stories to him. It was a Kekkei Genkai. 'The Hyuga Clan..', he smiled to himself. He'd never met a Hyuga.
Saito walked a bit more quickly, finally seeing a group in the distance. He wondered if they were mean. He closed his eyes and sighed before smirking, getting ready for a greeting.

7 + 1 + 6 = 14 Fail Cp: 16/24 Tairu was now back to a neutral state of mind due to his most recent failure. Everything had been going so well that it was doomed to fail at some point. Of course due to the principle called Murphy's Law that failure would come at the worst possible time. Then Tairu heard Yokou-sama clapping. Is she clapping at my failure? Tairu wondered. No, Yokou-sama is too kind for that kind of behavior, she is applauding my effort. he decided. Well, let me go again and make up for my error. With a new cold steel attitude Tairu began his practice routine once again. He went through all 48 hand seals mentally and then he went through all 48 hand seals physically. After which it was time to do it for real again. Alright here goes attempt number six. Tairu thought. Kiri, Dragon, Vajra, Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri | Dragon, Vajra, Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri, Dragon | Vajra, Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri, Dragon, Vajra | Tiger, Ram, Dharma, Shawa, Dharma, Horse, Tiger, Om, Kiri, Dragon, Vajra, Tiger. The seals flashed in his mind as his hands flashed from hand seal to hand seal. "Byakugan!"Once again Tairu felt the eerie feeling of absence. The veins once again failed to protrude and the world remained its self. Tairu became a little disappointed but what could he expect he hadn't sat down and examined what the error he committed had been and thus it was doomed to repeat itself. Saito walked closer, hearing yet another yell. He was training...
He help up his palm, as if to wave, "Hello!", he managed. He wasn't too good at speaking to crowds, so he simply focused on the young Hyuga. He didn't exactly notice the beautiful woman, he naturally shifted towards kids his age, like most did.
Saito's feet pointed a bit inward as his shoulders hunched. He smiled closing his eyes.
"I'm Saito, Saito Yakedo!", he said in a humble manner.

Tairu's training was interrupted by another voice. One that he had never heard before. Tairu turned to look at the boy. If he were less patient Tairu probably would have been angry but even then it would be hard to get angry around Yokou-sama. Tairu turned to face the voice and saw another boy around his age. "Hyuuga Tairu" he said with a short bow. Hen the said, "And this if her Lady Queen Hyuuga." In reference to the other standing with them. Tairu had actually completely forgotten about The boy she was with.

Hp: 1650 | Cp: 2738 | MHp: 1650 Theme Song: Peaceful Theme"Have more faith." Said Yokou, softly, to Tairu. "You are doing well. That seal pattern is not easy to learn." That was true...there were a slight variation between the twenty-four and forty-eight sequence patterns, and if the pattern was broken even at one interval too early... In combat, the younger generation often suffered, due to the time it took to force the Byakugan to surface.
Seals made good shortcuts, yet troublesome too in their own respect.
She paused a bit here.
"But if it is of any good cheer, this will be the only stonily set part necessary: the rest will come naturally." Yokou assured, but did not elaborate from there: she allowed him to think what he would of her words. Hence was why Zephyr had often praised her method of teaching, it did not terrify the children, never spoiling but giving them just about the right amount of encouragement necessary for success, and her extraordinary ability to calm her mind when necessary was infectious: if simply avoiding terrorization prodded students to success, the ambient aura of wisdom would place them upon new heights...
All the while she wondered how so she would break up the Jyuuken Kempo into simpler steps even while carefully observing Tairu, her pale, delicate hands fingering the smooth strands of thread that made up the current simple black yukata that was her garb. Then a child's voice spoke aloud, not Zephyr's, and it caught her attention. She turned her head slightly aside to observe the speaker, and a small smile crossed her lips, before turning, and tilting her head gently aside, she greeted the child: Saito, as so the young one had introduced himself.
"Good day to you, Saito-kun. Yokou is fine."

"And this is her Lady Queen Hyuuga"
He realized there was a woman there. How could he be so ignorant of her?Saito was quite nervous, it would happen to anyone...
He finally looked at her, his eyes slowly glazing over as his lips slowly parted. His young, bright eyes taking in her beauty. She was gorgeous. He looked down, feeling almost intimidated by her presence, his eyes still a bit wide. 'The Hyuuga's queen?', he thought. His heart suddenly started racing. He could hear his beating...
Why was this happening?
She was just another being, yet he couldn't face himself to look up at her. "It-- it's a pleasure.", he slowly managed, choosing his words carefully. He bowed, tripping a bit. The concept of beauty was a flaw to him, he didn't need to acknowledge it, yet her aura defied his understanding.
This time, he didn't realize there was a boy beside her, in fact he had forgotten about Tairu.

So now I need to find out what I did wrong. Tairu thought. Of course the only way he could ever do that was to try and remember what he did for the entire 48 hand seals. A tedious task it was, but it had to be done. Tairu slowly reviewed his memory banks as he walked him self through the sequence of 48 hand seals. It him quite some time but Tairu eventually found what he was looking for. Tairu had accidentally repeated a hand seal as he want through the sequence causing him to do 49 seals leaving it the sequence incomplete. After finding what he assumed was his only error Tairu went back into practice mode. He did his usual mental walk through of the 48 hand seals and then his usual physical walk through of the 48 hand seals. Saito continued to gaze at the woman for a second before being slapped into reality by loud, rather obnoxious thumping. He shook his head, watching the young boy latch onto her leg.
He hadn't noticed him either.
Making sure he hadn't been ignorant of another person, he looked around carefully before bowing to the boy. He didn't exactly understand why Zephyr did what he did. Maybe it was because he looked at her too long and the boy felt uncomfortable, or rather he simply wanted the attention to himself. It didn't matter, it was his folly for not greeting his young peer.
He bowed kindly to Zephyr. She was in a way royalty, and to perform such an informal action towards her, he was also quite important. Furthermore, he wasn't Hyuuga, he didn't have the crystal-clear eyes. Truly, he /had/ to be of importance.
Saito's visage was once more composed as he assessed the situation, his curiosity spiked. Diplomatically, the Hyuuga were secluded, even from other clans of Konoha. He winced a bit, smiling and closing his eyes, he shouldn't over-analyze. The young Yakedo was forming dozens of hypothesis in mere seconds as he analyzed the situation.
"I'm sorry if I offended.", he finished, still smirking "It's a pleasure."

Whatever thought process ongoing in her Sensei's head she would not be sure, but she thought that certainly it must've somewhat bordered suspicions on whether perhaps Saito was another older shinobi of the village having the same idea of infiltrating the village Academy as well...
Here, she returned her attention to Tairu, and then, to Saito. "Keep a secret, all right, Tairu-kun, Saito-kun?" Grumbled the boy, but stepping away from her, his appearance changed...now at a by far taller, proud height (note: Zephyr is 6'4''), and his hair lengthened, tied into a loose low ponytail that trailed to his waist. The softly cherubic face grew handsomely angular, but it was still wrong: he still looked by far too young to be the Hyuuga princess' teacher - by goodness, he seemed much younger than her!
But the proud look did not change, and while his doll-like, delicate features were adoringly innocent on a child's face, it was wrong: the adult Zephyr was certainly too pretty to be a boy, in his late teens, judging by his appearance. And of course, certainly, the aura that had not been present a moment ago - the kind that unwelcomingly magnetized women to the poor fellow - even if it was not intentional, the adult Zephyr held the alluring command that seemed naturally present in the high noble families.
Not the language that left his mouth, however.
"One word!" He scowled. "If you breathe a world to the other Students - ...!" His voice trailed off, as turning aside, Zephyr breathed all the possible things he could do - some which included leaving Saito trapped in the middle of a forest for the night or feeding the boy's soul to something called a morning star - there were even a couple of colorful swear words here and there...
"Sensei." Said Yokou. "Really...please." She hesitated. "You wanted to meet the Students."
"...Zephyr." He grumbled, grudgingly. "I was born as Senju Shinrei, or at least that's what my old man and woman were planning to name me. Kicked the can anyways before I ever saw them." He didn't even know of his birth name till a couple of years ago due to...complications...but he quickly interjected anyways, before Tairu could point out the discrepancy.
"There now...goodness." It wasn't that hard. She smiled instead at the two boys.
