Rei nodded and turned to his Zubat.
"You've always been my ears and my navigator. You should be suitable for whatever lies ahead. As for the muscle, we'll leave that to the rest of the team." She nodded and sat on his head. He looked down at his party, decided some swapping was in order, and scampered off to the Pokémon Center. He returned shortly, satisfied with his selection.
"Just let me know what you need me to do, Dark," Rei said. He wasn't stupid; he didn't know what he was jumping into, and Dark did. Doing whatever he pleased in a Team Flare location was an easy way to die.

Allen thought back to early yesterday, the last time he'd used his Pokemon. And he went to the Center this morning anyway. It's not like he was going to change his team much anyway. "I'm good." He grinned and gave a thumbs up.

Stealth huh?
Caleb looked down at his Marshtomp. The water type looked super excited. He wanted to beat up all the bad guys and save the day. Caleb let out a little sigh. His entire team might not be exactly stealthy, but he believed they could still help to get the job done.
"Ready when you guys are..." Caleb said. His Marshtomp pumped his fists in the air.

Michael woke up under a tree by the sub and stretched. Looking around he noticed a large group of Aquans just a little bit down the hill. He looked over at Caesar and shook him a little saying. "Hey Caesar wake up, it looks like the others are gatherin' for somethin'" After he gets Caesaer up he heads down the hill.
It took a few tries but finally Caesar woke up. Looking down the hill he saw Michael heading down and ran after yelling. "Wait up, Mike."

"Well now that we're all here and ready; our target is..." He turns around and points at a large cargo ship just off shore preparing to come in for loading. There's a bright logo for Devon on the side. "That." He grins and pushes up on his glasses. "So here's briefing." He clears his throat. "Team Aqua was hired on as extra guards for this shipment. You guys are to protect the cargo from anybody during the voyage, even the workers. We're currently unsure as to who the buyers and dealers are in this ring so while you people play bodyguard, I'm going in to do some snooping." He then snaps his fingers and Misery appears again. She looks him in the eyes and nods. With a flash of psychic energy Dark is now dressed up as a typical Aqua grunt, wearing normal sunglasses. "Any questions before we go?" He asks, prepared to head off to the dock.

Rei shook his head.
"Seems clear enough. Do we just walk up and say 'oh, hello, we're the guards,' or is there an assumed position for us to be at?"

Michael listened to Dark and when he was finished just nodded and waited for departure.
Caesar nods at Dark and says. "Ok."

Caleb shook his head. It seemed simple enough. Guarding a shipment didn't exactly seem like rocket science.
His Marshtomp gave the thumbs up. Well at least as capable as he was of doing so.

"No questions here." Allen nodded. Good thing he decided to keep his Pawniard in his Pokeball. That little terror would make this job horrifying to deal with.

"You'll be assigned places to guard once we get there." Dark responds to Rei as they begin moving. "They already know we're coming."
Sure enough; when they arrive they're all given spots around to guard.
-Michael and Caesar are to stay on dock and watch the containers being loaded. Any suspicious activity (which will happen right away) needs to be stopped.
-Caleb is to climb up onto a fully stacked row of containers and watch the ship from above. He is to give word if he spots something wrong.
-Rei was to stay around and protect the workers from either an outside attack or if one of them are an undercover enemy. (two of them are.)
-Allen is to go inside the office area of the ship and patrol. He was also asked by Dark to take pictures of the paperwork so he could make sure everything is legit.
And Dark was given the job of helping load the cargo since he looked incredibly like an NPC.

Michael and Caesar got into position and watched as the cargo was being loaded and after about five minutes Michael noticed one of the guys slipping something into the crates, while Caesar observed another marking a different container. The two noted which they were and would report this to Dark when they left port.

Yay for climbing. This was much easier than climbing a giant tree, that was for sure. Caleb and his Marshtomp climbed the set of containers without too much difficulty.
Once they had safely climbed all the way up, Caleb let out his Noibat.
"Scout around for anything that looks suspicious..." he told her. The Noibat gave a little nod. At least it wasn't super bright outside! She flew away and started to circle the area.

Rei walked to his area and proceeded to observe the workers. Some were rather busy piling crates to the ship, while others were just loafing about. Some grumbling was heard from the loafers.
"Man, I don't get paid enough for this."
"No kidding, man. This gig sucks. Everyone always told me Devon was loaded, but they never told me their outside contract work was paid crap."
Rei shrugged. He was unaware he was even being paid for the job. He looked at his Zubat.
"Countess, go hang around the busybodies. Hover over one if you find them suspicious." She flew silently to the workers and began her reconnaissance. After about fifteen minutes, Rei was a bit bored. He turned his attention to the laid-back workers. Perhaps they would be interested in a quick game of poker...
A few minutes later, a circle of workers had gathered around a crate being used as a table. At the center of the table, a small pile of PokéDollars was slowly growing as the stakes went higher.
"Wow, Carl, you really think you'll win with that hand?"
"Shut up!" The man yelled to the crowd. "You're gonna make me lose everything if you keep telling 'em what I've got every time!" The crowd laughed.
"It's for the best, mate, everyone knows you're no good at gamblin'."
Rei tossed a few more PokéDollars in. "Well, I feel confident," he said to the man at his left. "Nice cuff links, by the way. Where'd you get 'em?"
The man grinned. "Oh, you don't know? They're the latest in Lumoise."
"Huh. I was there just yesterday. I didn't see them on sale."
The man smirked. "Well, if you're looking in stores that have sales, you're looking in the wrong place." He showed his hand, a full house. The crowd collectively whistled. The person opposite Rei folded in disgust, and Carl visibly blanched. Rei smiled, and showed his hand: four of a kind, queens.
"Well, maybe with these winnings, I might just get some myself," he said. The man to his left frowned; of all the luck...
Rei gathered his winnings and smiled at the cuffed man, extending his hand.
"Good game, sir."
The crowd dispersed, and the man shook the Aquan's hand vigorously. "Well played. I thought you just had a pair."
Rei laughed. "Well, I guess I just got lucky." Rei's grip tightened, and his voice lowered. "Now get out of here, Flare, before I have my Gyarados eat you." He dragged the man by the arm and tossed him off the dock.
The exposed Flare grunt sputtered in the water. "Not my cuffs!"

Allen followed the directions to the ship's cabin where there were a few people standing inside. They all turned to look at him as if a bomb had just gone off. A couple of them gave sighs, the few others went back to whatever they were supposed to be doing. 'Seems like these guys know they may be targeted...' He thought, his eyes shifted around the cabin, counting up the number of people, trying to find anything off about them.
After slowly regarding each of them from near the back of the rather small room his eyes found a door labeled simply 'Log Files' He gave a stuff shrug, "Cecil." He pulled a ball from his strap and pressed the button, revealing a Reuniclus with a bright flash. "Keep an eye out for anything suspicious." He muttered to the Pokemon, who nodded and turned to face the front of the room. "If anything happens, hold them with Psychic." He winked and slipped into the room.
There was a woman sitting at a desk inside, she seemed far beyond bored just sitting there filling out documents. She'd be bored a lot longer as well thanks to the stack of papers and folders sitting to her right. Allen raised an eyebrows as she looked up for only a very brief moment then back down to her work at hand, "I suppose you're one of the Team Aqua shits we apparently hired to 'prevent loss'?" she exaggerated about preventing loss.
"Yeah." He squinted toward her, "I'm gonna need to see the paperwork for this trip." She sighed and nodded just passed the desk to a bunch of file cabinets.
"Have the time of your life." She said sarcastically, "Oh, and if I find even a single paper out of place I will hunt you down." Allen noted the venom drenched tone and moved along to find the next part of his objective.
