Yeah, I would say most of the fighters in this tournament can pat their head and rub their tummy pretty easily.
The chain thing is neat though, but it's only being eyeballed because it's labeled as a "snake" or whatever. Looks like it could possibly be broken if it started acting less like a magical attack and more like a... snake. Eh, no one cares what I have to say anyways.

Old Man KB Elli made an unfair accusation and I told her the truth. That isn't trolling, and to be honest, you removing my explanation to her is counter-productive.
It's ok KB. I know what you said. You told me I was taking things too personally.

I wish I had been the one to remove it KB, but it wasn't me.
However, jumping around and ripping people's characters and abilities apart and then making really nice posts where you tell them it's all better is exactly the sort of passive/aggressive bullshit that your phantom editor was right to accuse you of.
Now. I said this conversation was over. Make it so.
And don't run any of these people's character through your little tests. Make a thread somewhere else if that's what you want to do.
Because it's not happening here. I re-invited you into the guild. And you're quickly overstaying your welcome.

Pardon?
I ran Makenshi and Fox through it, and they turned out fine. I've run Vivi and KB through it, and deemed them too powerful. I ran Rosalyn through it, and Loli didn't complain.
All the while, I've stressed that there isn't anything wrong with the OP characters - just that they're too strong for the outlined STANDARD.
It's in no way a reflection of the players, to objectively look at their profiles.

I'm going to make it clear.
Your system is not part of GTB. Your suggestions were fine. Your system belongs elsewhere.

I'm cool with whatever critique though I'll probably respond to it. Note, not too quickly 'cos I'm walking to the grocery shortly.

KB, I'm just going to save time and say this as staff (meaning, this is officially saying it, not just me giving you s**t because I'm an a*****e):
Stop disrespecting everything and everyone.
I know you're not unintelligent and have good ideas, but it's getting old. We get it, you think you can do everything better than everyone and you're the ultimate authority on every last aspect of roleplaying, etc etc. No, I don't mean that you literally think that, but that's how you come across.
Thing is, when you joined this tournament, there is an unspoken agreement that you're going to abide by the rules, respect the structure of the tournament, be a good sport, all of that. You're not doing it.
If you have a bunch of problems with how this tourney works, then stop bitching/trolling/whatever you want to call your trolling, and make your own tournament with your own rules. I'm sure you'll get lots of people to join it, because for some odd reason people assume you're the love-child of Plato and Chris Rock.
tl;dr: Shape up, or ship out. Your choice.

I have a basic understanding of the psionics system, with my own opinion of what should be considered in mainstream. I am, however, familiar with the different styles of psionics - even those that are comparatively overpowered. So, my knowledge ranges from D&D Psionics to AKIRA.
---
I'm sorry if it seems as though I'm being disrespectful, or I'm hurting feelings. To be honest the only person I show direct animosity towards is Vintrict, and that's for well-documented reasons.
That being said, my STANDARD system is a suggestion to the GTB, as are my other points.
When a system is broken, and you make suggestions for fixing it, that isn't an attempt to disrespect the structure of the broken thing. While my personal notes regarding the abilities are in the OOC and are my personal notes, my SUGGESTIONS on the points are completely objective and to the benefit of the tournament and future installments as a whole.

*sighs* I honestly don't have the time to explain my perspective right now, so please remind me later so I can explain why it's coming across that way to me and others.
In the meantime, just... chill back on it, okay? The suggestions have been made, they'll be properly considered. If you think of more, open a Word document and record it, and just wait. Maybe handle the critique thing in a OOC Topic forum, or over PM's, or something.

I don't get why people are getting their panties in a bunch because KB is running VOLUNTEERED profiles through the system he created to demonstrate how it works so that if it is taken in consideration for future events people will have working examples to go by.
Sure I can understand the request that he post his findings elsewhere. Perhaps even if he created a thread to run this in the OOC Topics Forum for those interested so it's not clogging up the suggestion forum.
But hey, I'm more inclined to side along with him since I like to rock the boat.
