Dark then discovers something odd. It would appear to be a black Koffing. Seeing the light it turns around and spits out a cloud of red gas then flees.
The red gas fills the area. Dark accidentally breathes it in and begins coughing madly.
"Ack! *cough cough* I-It's not like *hack cough* a normal Koffing... It burns!"
He then begins to follow the Koffing, his lungs and eyes burning. He recalls Charmander who was relatively unaffected by the burning red gas.
He continues on his way and finds the Koffing cornered. Not wanting to bother with more red gas he quickly pulls out a Master Ball and throws it. The Koffing is captured without resistance. Dark proceeds to pick up the Master Ball.
" *Cough - gag* Intriguing..... Perhaps it's an effect of Ho-oh's sacred flame that was once cast on this tower..."
Without waiting he quickly makes his way up to the entrance.

Tommy is also suffocated (kinda). He gets away, choking from the burning. He swallow some burn heal. Not the best thing in the world to swallow, but TOmmy got better. He had Flaffy use Flash. He continued to walk around looking for his prey... another boulder... could it be..? "YAAAAA!!! echoed across the basement as he crushed another Rock that was bigger than usual. And to his surprise, a Blue Shuckle appears from under the rocks. He cant believe his luck! He immediately sent out Teddi. A battle gave way.
Order: Teddiursa, Shuckle
Teddi used Focus Punch, starting to charge up. Shuckle used Withdraw, hightening it's defense even more. Teddi let loose a Focus Punch, but did a half damage of Shuckle's HP instead of more, due to Shuckle's crazy defense. Teddi then used Covet, stealing the poor Shuckle's Oran Berry, doing miniscule damage. Shuckle used Power Trick, switching it's attack to it's defense, and vice versa. Teddi next used Lick, as not to KO it, but paralyse it, it's HP going way down from the switch. The Shuckle then uses Constrict, doing massive damage to Teddi, almost knocking it out. Shuckles Power Trick had almost done the trick. Teddi used Rest, to heal all it's HP. Luckily, so did Shuckle. The two pokemon also both used Sleep Talk. Teddi charged up a now deadly Focus Punch again, while The Shuckle used Endure. The Shuckle is left with one HP left, and also asleep. Not wasting anymore time, Tommy threw a great ball. One... Two... Three....... Click. He had caught a shiny Shuckle.
Tommy then played his White Flute, allowing him to catch one more pokemon.

Dark leaves the tower and sends out Vixen. Using Sammy's pokemon he returns to New Bark Town. He recalls Vixen and heads inside the lab to show Elm his new discovery. He decides to stay at the lab one more night before finally setting out on his adventure tomorrow.

Adam coughed, using his shirt as a mask. "Hack! ughhh what a horrible smell!" Adam waved his hand as the koffing zoomed off. He looked around, "Hmmm..." Adam walked over to one of the pillars that still stood in the destroyed tower. It wasn't long before he was sucked into his own little tour of the tower, the relic greatly impressed him.

Tommy happens upon another boulder, and Smashs it as well. "Nothing." "Nothing." "Nothing." "Fourth rock,... noth--- wait, a krabby!!" Tommy yelled. It ran away to quickly. The next rock... Under it, a krabby appears, one of it's claws bigger than the other, which usaually appears in Kinglers, and it's big claw is a blackish color. Tommy wants to fight it for the right to capture it, but two rare pokemon at once...? He decided to catch it. A battle unfolded.
Order: Krabby, Shroomish
Krabby starts off immediately with a Crabhammer, smashing into Shroomish. Shroomish retaliated with a Seed Bomb, damaging the Krabby even more, already down to limits from the unexpected bombs. Krabby tried using Guilliotine, just barely missing. Shroomish used Spore to render the Krabby... Sleepy. Tommy took the chance to Throw yet another one of his Great Balls. One... Two... Three..... Four?...... Five?!.... SIX?!!?........... CLICK. The Ball had shaken a lot more than three times... and he had never seen it before. As the ball teleported out, so did he, landing back in HQ.
WHERE"D EVERYBODY GO?!" he asked, more yelling then asking.

Sammy slugged in to the common room, looking sickly and green. "Ugh... Hey everyone," she greeted with a small wave.

Sammy scratched the back of her head, not understanding most of that. For some reason, her mother had the idea she could be a scientist when she couldn't even figure out that. "...And you're going to get Mr. Dark's permission to do so?"

x-cupids arrow-x Sammy scratched the back of her head, not understanding most of that. For some reason, her mother had the idea she could be a scientist when she couldn't even figure out that. "...And you're going to get Mr. Dark's permission to do so?" Blade finishes his coffee and looks down at the floor. "... I would feel bad for bothering him though."
