MISSION - That's the Spirit!
Any Team Aqua member is asked to go to Mt. Pyre and catch a ghost Pokémon.


Comet had just got out of HQ and on his bike when Totodile came out of his Pokéball. “Totodile get in your Pokéball” Comet told Totodile “Totodile to Totodile” (no I want to get on your back) Totodile told Comet while getting on his back. “All right but you may want to hold on tight” Comet told Totodile. Comet started peddling his bike, he was going so fast that when he hit a bump on a hill he flew off his bike and landed on his face. He rubbing the dust off his face when he wondered where Totodile went “OH CRAP TOTODILE” Comet yelled “I have to find Totodile” Comet searched all over the forest but he couldn’t find Totodile anywhere and it was getting dark. “Ha I Guess I could look for he later after I catch a Duskull now off to Mt.Pyre (sob)” Comet said sadly he got on his bike and went Mt. Pyre. Comet just enter Mt. Pyre when he saw a Duskull carrying a Totodile Comet yelled “TOTODILE” Duskull turned to Comet put Totodile on the ground and Comet run over to Totodile and picked Totodile up “Totodile are you ok” Comet said and Totodile said “Totodile” (I’m fine) and jumped into the air. Then Comet punched Totodile on the head “don’t disappear again or punch you ever harder okay any way let’s catch a Duskull “Comet said Duskull gave creepy look Comet didn’t noticed “Totodile bite” Comet ordered Totodile. Totodile bit Duskull and slam it to the ground. But then Duskull got back up and used pursuit which made Totodile go flying into a wall. “Man this Duskull is strong” Comet said while returning Totodile to his Pokéball. “Find they go Growlithe use flamewheel” Comet ordered the Growlithe coming out of the Pokéball, Growlithe then rolled into a ball and spun in the air on fire and it hit the Duskull and made him fly into the wall. But still Duskull got back up and used Shadow sneak. Growlithe was hit on the head and his mouth hit the ground “Growlithe now use ember”. Then Duskull was going to use confuse ray but the ember hit Duskull in the face and it made it jump into the wall again. Comet then threw a Pokéball it beeped 3 times then stopped moving Comet picked up the Pokéball. “Let’s report back to HQ” Comet got out of Mt.Pyre and got on his bike he said “Totodile I won’t go so fast.

"Did you mean me to?" Tommy called after Brian as he left. After waiting a little for Brian to come back, he decided to work on his mission report. When he finished, he posted it.

Mission: Hunters, Seekers of Prey
Hunters have always been known as the Brute Force of the Underground world network. Relying on confronting their target from afar with rifles or bows and arrows. But I have a different type of entrance mission for you.

Objectives: Bring the Pokemon back without harm. I saw it last Tuesday while roaming the forest: a shiny Ponyta. Any damage done to it upon return means instant failure. You may use any ball for capture and you are forbidden to go to a PC or Pokemon Center. Good Luck.

Reward: Pokemon Hunter Special Rank + 500-2500 PD

Tommy was walking around HQ, when he saw a mission up for grabs. But it was posted instead of a message on his TADS. He spent 5 minutes copying the mission to his TADS, and left strolling away to his room, whistling the tune that says 'i didn't do/see anything...' After a bit of packing, Tommy left on his way. Teleporting out to the beach, and calling out Marshtomp, he began to surf to Sinnoh.

Tommy and his Marshtomp reached the beach near Pastoria Town. He had a long travel to do. Knowing Marshtomp was tired, Marshtomp was returned to his ball for a nice long rest. He started his long trek to the Eterna Forest. "Why didn't it say what forest he saw it in?" Tommy thought as he grumbled to himself. After a long travel starting from the beach he was at, which went through Pastoria, Oreburg, Jubilife, and Floroma, to the middle of Eterna Forest, he came to a clearing. He looked around hopingly, but there were no ponyta in sight, let alone a shiny. After the long journey back to the beach where he'd started from, he went a little further to a hotel complex up a long flight of stairs. Exhausted after the long trip, he stretched out on the couch in the lounge for a quick rest. 1 to 3 more to go... he sighed loudly. A little while later, he then set off on Marshtomp, again, to their next destination... Hoenn.

After Hoenn, he went to Johto. After Johto, Kanto. but still no luck. Then it hit him. And literally, a light bulb came out of nowhere and smashed into Tommy's head. He was lucky he hadn't got any shards of glass stuck in his forehead. Facepalming, he grabbed hold of Marshtomp again and told him to head back towards Aquos Island. By the time they reached Aquos, a big bump was emerging out of Tommy's forehead. He figured he'd have to battle something or someone or whatever, but he didn't care. The only thing he needed to to was to catch that shiny Ponyta. When he landed on the beach, he recalled Marshtomp and told him good job. Marshtomp wouldn't be able to battle at all after his long trip at sea. Instead of walking or running to the forest, he did something else. He used his Rocketstarter to jump into the forest. Badly misjudging the jump, and plummeted to the forest floor, landed with a sickening crunch, and lay in a heap in the middle of the forest. He slipped into unconsciousness...

When Tommy woke up, he realized he was being dragged by his collar. As he looked over his shoulder to see a Ponyta, he noticed the blue mane. The shiny he was after. His sudden start spooked the Ponyta off, letting go of his collar, and running off. After hitting his head on the forest floor, he got up, dusted off, and after a little rest, went after it.

After awhile of trying to track down the shiny, he found it hiding in some brush, 15 paces at 12 o clock (direction). He was about to call out his Shroomish, when a net came out of nowhere, heading straight for the Ponyta. In a last minute burst of speed and jump, Tommy is tangled in the net, and went sailing a few yards away. He heard a loud curse. Luckily, the Ponyta also heard it, and ran off, farther into the forest. Tommy heard another loud curse, and then footsteps coming his way. Tommy tried using his fire ability, but realized it was fireproof for the one purpose it was made for. Tommy called out his Scizor. It was crowded, but told Scizor to use X-Scissor, cutting through the nets. As he got up, a stranger stepped in front of him, a glare in his eye that read "I'LL KILL YOU." The stranger asked Tommy's name. Tommy said you first. Tommy said his name, and the stranger said "Tobias". Tommy snickered to himself a bit, then got serious. Each person pulled out their Pokeballs at the same time, and threw in the same way. Tommy had out his newly caught Eevee. Tobias had out Nincada. Tobias noticed how Tommy looked when he first saw him, and grinned maliciously. The battle started.


Order: Eevee, Nincada.

Eevee was told to attract the Nincada. The Nincada was instantly attracted, and was then immobilized by love. Tobias cursed. Tommy laughed, and then yelled "whats with you and cursing? Is that all you can say besides your name?" and with that, he started laughing again. "Eevee, Gyro Ball!" Eevee let loose a steel glowing ball that hit the Nincada hard. It immediately took a critical hit. "Nincada, use Fury Swipes!!" Tobias yelled angrily. The Nincada was able to ward off it's love, and Eevee was raked by the bug rock types claws 3 times before jumping out of the way. Eevee next used a Double Edge attack on the Nincada. It wasn't as harmful because of Nincada's rock type, which made Eevee's recoil greater. Both Pokemon showed exhaustion. "Nincada, DIG!" Tobias yelled. The bug rock pokemon burrowed underground. "Eevee, you to!" Tommy yelled. Eevee followed the hole Nincada had made. When Nincada came up, it was obvious he had missed. As the bug looked around confusedly, Eevee came up behind the Nincada, sending it into the air. It landed in the dirt with swirly eyes. Eevee had won.

Tommy quickly sent out Shroomish and told it to use Sleep powder on Tobias. The guy hit the ground hard. Tommy gagged him, and tied him up tightly. He walked out of the forest, and with a larger-than-normal Surf from his Marshtomp, sent the thug out to sea in a boat. He was obviously not coming back. Tommy walked back into the forest with his Mudkip and Eevee back in their pokeballs, and Shroomish at his heels. He started looking for the Ponyta. As he walked, he thought But how did he get here?... He thought about it as he strode on, deeper into the forest. After a long walk, he found it hiding.

He threw a Pokeball at it. One... Two... and the Ponyta burst out of the pokeball. Enraged, it used a nasty flamethrower on Tommy's Shroomish, burning and hurting the plant pokemon badly. Tommy shouted for Shroomish to use Spore, ensuring the Ponyta would be put to sleep. He threw another Pokeball at the now sleeping Ponyta. One... Two... Three... and the Ponyta yet again burst out of the ball, still fast asleep. Tommy decided to use the net that he'd only cut up a little, as he had mended it on the way. The net is thrown. The Ponyta is entangled in the net, trying to burn it, but to no avail. It was the fireproof net. This time, He tried his Aqua Ball, hoping that the net would help just as much as the Ponyta being asleep, hopefully giving him twice more chance of it being caught. One... Two... Three........ Click. He had finally caught the Ponyta! Exhausted thoroughly, he picked up the ball, and released the sleeping Ponyta out of her ball. After making sure that the fire horse wasn't hurt in anyway, and taking the net off, he returned the horse, and carried it back to HQ, walking through the forest carefully as if not to trip, and finally made it back to HQ. That is the mission report.

Me: I mean everyone.
*I look at the time and put mission grading on my to-do list*
Me: Well I gotta go for a while. Later.

Blade reads over the mission.
"Not bad except for a few things. You should be more articulate, instead of reusing words use some different ones. Instead of just 'Comet' all the time, use 'He' or 'The Trainer'. Also, space out your missions into paragraphs, and put the whole mission objective in next time. Pass though, keep the rewards."
Blade nods.

Go catch a fire pokemon!

Adam figured the best spot to find a fire-type would be on the volcano located on the island. He looked to Buzz as the two rode the thermals. Adam’s wings flapped again, it was odd how little strength or effort it took to fly, but you couldn’t beat the feeling. He was flying low to the ground, the volcano only a short distance from base. He tucked his wings in and landed, his feet hitting about halfway up the volcano.
“Alright Buzz, Let’s find us a fire-type.”

The volcano wasn’t proving all that good of a hunting ground, as opposed to what Adam would have thought. It was getting late, and he was halfway to the rim without having seen any pokemon at all. “This was such a waste of time…” At that moment, Buzz flew back into view from around a corner, landing on Adam’s shoulder. “Anything?” The pokemon nodded, looking excited. “Awesome! Lead the way.”

Adam rounded the corner, following Buzz on foot as the Taillow led him along a natural trail. He jumped over a wide gap, opening his wings to give him a little extra air time, just to be safe. “How much farther?” The Taillow squawked what Adam hoped meant ‘not far at all’.

Adam slid to a stop, looking into the opening of a cave. “Spooky.” He said, Buzz chirping in agreement as the it landing on Adam’s shoulder. “How’re we supposed to see?” As if to answer his question, a small ball of flame erupted from the cave, nearly singing Adam’s arm.

The owner of the flame barked, jumping into the twilight. A cute little Growlithe! “Alright Buzz, You’re on! Growl!” Adam called, lowering Growlithe’s attack. The puppy-pokemon jumped, biting down on Buzz’s wing.

“Quick Attack!” The Taillow broke out of the bite, swinging around and charging Growlithe with a mighty quick attack, knocking the pup off it’s feet. Growlithe fired off another ember, catching Buzz in the chest.

“Hang in there, Wing attack!” Buzz swung around again, this time it’s wings glowing white. It hit the growlithe in the side, before Growlithe let out a mighty Roar. A strange sound from such a little guy, never-the-less did it’s job as Buzz returned to it’s pokeball.

“Good job Buzz, GO Kahili!” Adam’s Squirtle popped out of it’s ball, ready for battle. “Use water gun!” The Squirtle fired off a super-soaker-esque attack, nailing Growlithe right in the face. Growlithe panted, leering at it’s opponent. Kahili froze for a second as it’s defenses dropped.

“Just one more water gun!” Kahili fired off another stream of water, this one accidentally causing the growlithe to fall off the edge of the mountain.

“Ahhhh!” Adam was frozen in place for a second, before running and diving off after the growlithe, which was yipping and twirling down below him. Adam tucked in his wings, dropping closer and closer. He reached out his arms, catching the growlithe before spreading his wings so fast it felt like they would be ripped from their sockets.

He flapped back up to the cliff where Kahili was waiting, landing with the hyperventilating growlithe in his arms. He set the pup down, it’s breathing becoming more normal it looked up at Adam, tongue lolling out.

“You okay?” Adam asked. The growlithe barked happily. Adam held out a pokeball, waiting to see if the growlithe would run from the prospect of being captured by someone who had simultaneous saved it’s life after having endangered it. The growlithe just wagged it’s tail.

Adam tossed the pokeball at the pup, bouncing it on the dog’s head as it was enveloped in red light. 1…2…3-click! Without a struggle, the growlithe succumbed to the pokeball.

Notes: Holy sh*t I almost killed a puppy! That would have sucked, big-time. I think the Growlithe is still mad at Kahili for almost killing him, the two can’t stand each other.
