Rai followed and grabbed the pendant from the floor as she stopped. The gate started to close, but an armor covered hand stopped it. Rai just reacted and kicked the hand. It didn't appeared to affect the person, even when the metal caved under the kick. The person turned their hand around, grabbed Rai by the ankle and started to pull her back in.
