Just start snapping necks and feasting on manflesh until they do.
Maybe burn a few villages of NPCs to show you mean buisness.
If you need backup, I suppose I could spare some time to go Newb smacking.
Besides, nobody plays Orcs. They're a staple of modern fantasy but no one touches them. They go for vampires, nekos, and elves.

Its simple. neutralize their magic with a pentagram.
Anyone can use magic. It just takes a knowledge of geometry and the adequate runes and magic words.
Ever since the dawn of man, Pentagrams have protected against magic. The Historical record backs this up, so you win.
And even if you die, theres always more Orcs.

Or get Nelo to design some magical necklace of spell imunity. He's into some weird crest stuff branch thingy that supposedly does that.

Iron Pentagram.
Just wear one of those.
Since its made of Iron, it protects you against witches and fiends.

Simple.
D&D has a spell that does just that, increasing your strength, toughness, and agression while decreasing your common sense as a side effect.
Its called simply "Rage"
