So...she's under the limit?

Well, normally she weighs 128lbs and can lift a lot over her head, because she's supposed to be significantly stronger, faster, and more durable than a human.

Now, in her snake form, her strength abilities triple. I'm just assuming this means she can lift close to 1000lbs over her head and stuff like that, but, eh. The thing is, her ability to enter this half snake form that increases her build from like 5'9" 128lbs to 6'11" 750lbs has no apparent transformation time. Vincent ( The Time Wizard ) by contrast has to use three uninterrupted charges to transform into his larger form.

Shedding skin; If Viviana has sustained a fair amount of damage, or had been enraged in anyway, she will regress to her natural hybrid form. In this form Viviana's strength and speed is increased by about 3 fold. (Making her strong as about 3 heavyweight fighters and as fast as an Olympic sprinter on speed (An Olympic sprinter averages 200m in 20 seconds, Viviana could do 200m in 17.5 seconds in this form.)
In this form Vivi’s lower body covers itself in pearlescent white scales, and her fangs become much more prominent. Her upper body up to her collarbone also becomes covered in the silvery- white mottled scales of an albino Asp, however it still retains her humanlike features but with a more serpentine twist. Her irises change to a golden hue, her tongue becomes forked, and her brow and cheek bones become even more prominent. In this form Viviana’s height reaches 6’11” and her weight is increased to about 750 lb.

What I'm outlining is how overpowered Viviana is as a character, compared to others in the tournament that I've seen. This doesn't mean that she's a bad character or will even be played badly, but she's definitely way too potent to be compared to like... Makenshi, or Fox, or probably even Deitric.

Or, in essence, she is able to approach the limit without costing her anything in terms of mobility and dexterity, which I think is a bit... weird.

Oh man.

My character is alarmingly underpowered for this tournament.

Well...not as bad as the guy whose sole trick was to turn into a house cat, but still pretty bad.

Yeah, there's things where ABILITY should come at an obvious cost to EQUIPMENT, or the opposite.

Using Viviana as an example again, simply because its easy.

She has the ABILITY to shoot a stream of acidic snake venom 8ft, which can melt through 5 inches of tempered steel. Now, since there is no distinction on what this acid can melt ( objects only, or flesh ) it's fair to say hitting a person dead center with it unarmored could kill them. That's not my point, though. My point is that... if you have an ABILITY that can just up and remove someones armor ( EQUIPMENT option ) then... you should be cutting back severely on your own EQUIPMENT options in order to reflect this.

Because a beastly snake woman with all these ABILITIES doesn't need her arms functioning for the use of her impressive EQUIPMENT options on top of it all, at the suggested power level that Vintrict described to me.

If that snake belt hasn't been banned yet, it should be.
