9 < 12 fail Tairu was becoming so confused by all of the material about chakra combination and elemental chakra the he just set the scroll down on the ground, switched from a seated position to a laying one, and just looked up at the clouds. My brain just needs a rest, that's all. Tairu thought as blanked out his mind and just laid on his back. I've just been reading too much too fast and it's an information overload. he reasoned. It's not that I can't comprehend the material, it's just I learned too much too fast. That was it wasn't it? Tairu closed his eyes and just reviewed the information he had learned. Levels of body functions, the circulatory system, the nervous system, the chakra circulatory system. It was all swirling in his head and Tairu need to organize everything he had learned and get ready for more. First Aid In this lesson, Students would be reading up on either life sciences (memorizing poisons and corresponding antidotes) or treating minor injuries. 4 < 12 fail Tairu worked hard to sort the data in his head until it all clicked into place. Great now I understand it all. He thought as he suddenly sat up. Tairu placed the scroll back in his lap. Tairu was now ready to continue reading. A person can die if either their physical health or their chakra system is destroyed. People who are physically hurt will show it through signs like bleeding, bruising or pain. Chakra damage is much harder to spot but often come with varying degree's of fatigue. Tairu was nearing the end of the lesson and it was good that it was now getting into injuries. While chakra can only be restored through resting or specialized jutsus physical damage can at least be helped by techniques like bandaging an open wound or putting ice on a sore to numb the pain. First Aid In this lesson, Students would be reading up on either life sciences (memorizing poisons and corresponding antidotes) or treating minor injuries. 12 = 12 pass The lesson finished up with some diagrams on how dress a wound, make splints for broken bones, and makes slings for broken arms. Tairu had finished the lesson rather quickly and found him self with nothing to do once again. Tairu would need something to do and he considered going to the library but wasn't sure about what he should because running laps sounded like a good idea to. Well, I could really use some more information on first aid, but I need to do some physical training as well, though I also need to do some chakra training, ugh what should I do?First Aid In this lesson, Students would be reading up on either life sciences (memorizing poisons and corresponding antidotes) or treating minor injuries. Hp: 44/44 After getting a mental work out from the first aid lesson Tairu decided that it was time for a physical work out. The only physical training from the academy that was left was the squats, pull ups, and the laps. Tairu opted to do the lap running lesson. Since the clearing everyone was training in was a decent distance around Tairu decided to use that as his lap marker. Tairu walked over to the edge of the clearing and marked that start/finish line with a kunai. Ready, on 3, 2 1, go Tairu thought as he started off at a steady jog. This pace was perfect, it was a mild jog which got Tairu's heart pumping but didn't wind him. He also came back around to kunai in a decent amount of time. Okay that's one down 9 to go. Tairu thought. Running Laps DC: 10 Formula: 1d20 + 2 Train: 0/10 Posting: Post Hp in every post. -2Hp for every DC fail. Rewards: +1 Constitution, +1 Strength

She ended up taking him away from the village.
"Come, now..." Spoke Yokou soothingly, sweatdropping slightly, as the stubborn child in her arms turned his head aside as she tried to speak to him. She tried the other approach then, from the other side, while her feet treated through the dirt path: "...I said I was sorry..."
But the child only turned his head the other way with a huff.
"Really..." She muttered. "Being angry won't change a thing."
But at the least he had stopped struggling...
No response, to her efforts.
His head turned slightly back, but he merely gave her a short glare, golden tints in darkly emerald orbs catching the sunlight as the Senju's eyes narrowed, and with a huff, he resumed to ignoring her, showing her the back of his head once more.
Yokou suddenly gotten the vivid image of an angry turtle when it ignores its owner, and merely shows them its behind...

10 =10 pass Hp: 44/44 Tairu happily jogged passed his marker completing lap one. He was still going strong but he did have nine more laps to go. As he ran Tairu enjoyed looking through the woods and at the various natural surroundings. When there was a lapse in his duties a shinobi he would have to come back to this spot and paint it perhaps. As Tairu was busy studying the surroundings he failed to a notice a small rock that was in his way. His right foot collided with the rock and he fell face first into the ground. "Ow" Tairu moaned as propped him self up and then slowly stood up. That's why you need to pay attention Tairu! Mistakes happen when you loose focus! his inner voice yelled. Just as Tairu had finished brushing himself off he felt the ground give way beneath his feet. The earth suddenly shifted and caused Tairu to slide side ways and he soon found him self falling over the edge of a steep hill. Tairu felt the ground disappear from beneath his feet as he went airborne. Falling through the air Tairu braced himself for impact as he neared the the ground again. When his feet made contact with the hill side he bent his knees and slid down the hill as if he were on a snowboard. As he approached the bottom of the hill Tairu saw two people who looked vaguely familiar but he couldn't see them from his current distance. As Tairu came closer he could see that it was the Hyuuga head of Family. Tairu slid to a stop in front of of them and immediately bowed, touching his forehead to the earth he said "Please forgive this one for his intrusion."

The fact that the clearing was now becoming a busy place didn't please Takeshi. He had originally come here to train in isolation, but now it was becoming the city center. It annoyed him, further taking away his happiness, but he didn't care so much that he would spend the time looking for a new area to train that would suit is needs, namely a river for the swimming training.
Takeshi heard Yarotai's advice and something that he had been thinking about just kinda clicked. It made sense to pull one's hands further apart so that your hands would catch on each other. He was pulling them far enough apart to get most of his hands free, but sometimes his fingertips caught together and messed him up. He had also seen videos of ninjas pulling their arms a considerable distance apart, but he pasted in off, as the distance they pulled their arms apart seemed unnecessary and time-consuming. Now it seemed to make perfect sense. SO he tried again, making sure to distance his hands to prevent collision. However, he couldn't fully grasp the concept, and his fingers slipped up again. He cursed himself mentally for his ignorance, but pressed on. He couldn't afford to waste any more time on this jutsu than he had to.

"Oh, quit being such a-!" She began to her Sensei, growing annoyed now.
And once again, in a single morning, she was cut off again. Then again, it wasn't everyday someone tumbles high over your head, lands before you, and manages still yet to bury his forehead into the ground... Yokou stared, for a long moment, at the new arrival...clearly at a loss of words.
Instrusion? She thought vaguely. For what?
Then it hit her.
Oh, it was Tairu-kun! The Hyuuga child she met earlier... It would be perhaps a strange sight for the child: to see the Hyuuga head of family carrying the emerald-eyed child from earlier in her arms. If there wasn't the present danger of Zephyr running off again the moment she lets go of him, she would've helped Tairu up, so instead she made a gesture of peace, and beckoned the child to stand.
"Tairu-kun! That's not necessary..."

Takeshi tried again, this time pulling his arms a bit farther apart than before. Takeshi reviewed the hand seals he needed in his mind, and when he though he had a good grasp on them, he tried again. This time he succeeded, his hands being pulled far enough apart each time for them to get clear of each other, then back together to form the hand seals. He was glad to see that he still remembered all the hand seals, and that given the practice, he could still perform them in sequence. But he still had to get the hand seals right one more time to complete the training. The point of doing these hand seals five times was to burn the process into one's memory. Takeshi felt had a good hold on this process, but it was better to perform the hand seals one more time, like the instructions told him.

Tairu stood up slowly, "Well Yokou-sama, you see my father lives by the strictest of formalities and the last time, well never mind. I'm sorry." Tairu said reluctantly as he hesitated and the did not tell the story of how his shut down his legs for not bowing quick enough.
You dummy, ask her if she can teach you about the Byakugan!
"Um, Yokou-sama my Byakugan activated recently and since I know my family won't teach me how, can you teach me the Juuken Kempo Ryuu?" Tairu asked nervously as he averted his to the ground. He was quite nervous and had it not been for his recent growth as an academy student Tairu would have lacked the courage to even ask Yokou for such a thing.

Takeshi was determined to finish off this hand seal practice. He had to perform the hand seals but one more time, and then he could get to the fun part: creating clones. The though interested him. It would be like looking in a mirror, except without the mirror, and he wouldn't have to look over his shoulder to see his back side. "I hope that my Uchiha symbol hasn't been too scuffed up. I don't have a back-up shirt in my backpack."
Takeshi brought his mind back to the lesson at hand. "Right the hand seals. Tiger, Boar, Ox, Dog..." he repeated in his mind. He tried the hand seals once more, hoping for success. Luckily, he got what he had asked for, and performed the hand seals. Five times. The lesson had now been burned into his conscious, memorized by heart. The first part of the lesson was complete. Now for Part 2.

Father?
Strictest of formalities?
Judging from how well-mannered the child was, even considering his Hyuuga lineage, she would assume then, Tairu was a child of one of the Elders...and how his voice trailed off with a slight grimace in his eye there... Oh.
Oh.
How terrible. Even if he did not tell her, she had somewhat of an inkling as to what had happened.
"..."
She did not immediately speak. This seemed to have caught Zephyr's attention too, for the Senju lord all the sudden looked greatly worried. The same thought seemed to run through their heads, for Yokou, not even motioning to form the seals for the Byakugan for her hands were occupied, forced her Doujutsu to surface: the familiar veins of the Byakugan forming at the sides of her eyes and trailing to the temples and barely down to the cheekbone.
"..."
And she looked furious.
The chakra system of the boy's legs...the difference was slight, but noticeable... Clearly, the lingering work of Jyuuken Kempo, and the child had definitely not received immediate medical attention. And so, without a word, she placed her Sensei down, the Senju 'child' looking quietly subdued as she approached the Hyuuga boy, and knelt down. With swift celerity, and beautiful accuracy, she formed the seals necessary for the Shosen medical technique.
And specifically targeted healing along the chakra lines there.
"Did you father do that to you...?" She asked, her voice deadly soft. "Byakugan draws on our whole body's energies...it is a gift to be able to even activate it, with such a damaged chakra system." Here she paused. "Years ago...when my daughter, Elruda, took to training under the Elders...a similar thing occurred."
"...I didn't know, until she came to me one night, crying, and telling me her stomach hurts. And then, she coughed up blood." Mere whispers now. "They told me it was for the better good that the princess learned the clan arts. They did not take her to the doctors, and tried healing her on their own, because then, I would've known..."
At the time, Yokou had, after all, operated the hospital as the head medic.
"Because of the war against the Go-ryu masters, I did not see her for a year and half. When she came to me, finally, in Iwa, I learned that she activated her Byakugan. And even completed the basic stance that gave her so much trouble. But still, she loved Ninjutsu more..."
She gave him a soft smile, Byakugan fading.
"I don't find that a shameful thing."
The head of family didn't find it a shame that her daughter, the princess of the clan, could not learn the clan arts swiftly...?
And she added: "Nor should you."
Not just Elruda...Tairu too. It wasn't something to be ashamed about, not being able to do Jyuuken as early as the other children.
"To use Jyuuken as punishment...and our own..." Her lip curled slightly, with distaste. "...nor do I think Jyuuken should be a forced duty. You see, we all have what we are good at. ...but I still bid you congratulations: however, only if you truly wish to learn the Jyuuken Kempo, then, I will teach you."

Tairu was nervous too talk about the incident, his father was quite stern and it had been Tairu's fault for not paying attention. Tairu did not feel comfortable answering Yokou's earlier questions even though his body felt a certain increase, no, a balance return to it after Yokou-sama had kindly healed him.
"Thank you Yokou-sama, what ever you did made me feel much better."
The idea of not learning the Juuken Kempo was a ghastly one at best for Tairu. It was his legacy to own. Tairu's family had been soldiers of Konoha for hundreds of years, and now it was his turn. The inclination for the Juuken Kempo was in his blood. No wonder Tairu's body had begun to crave the Byakugan recently. As his body and mind increased in strength so too did his chakra.
"Yokou-sama it is my destiny to not only master the Juuken Kempo Ryuu but to improve upon it." Tairu said in a resolute voice.

Yarotai let out a hearty laugh at the Uchiha's ability to work through his issue with the handseals for the Bunshin no Jutsu. He gave the child a quick slap on the shoulder in congratulations whether he wanted it or not. As was already very apparent about the young man, he had no consideration for anyone's personal space. Not even his own. Since he knew that the boy would want to carry on with the technique and learn it in its entirety he stood up on the stump, tall and proud.
"Alright Mr Giggles, now for the real deal. Try and make as many copies of yourself as possible. I'm not going to give you any help at first. Let's see what you already know about chakra."
((No more bonus to Takeshi.))
