Predator is light tank, Rhino chassis and all, I doubt it could handle the weapons fitted in Leman Russ turret...

Blackened Heart Sucubi scurr a Gatling lascannon? my friend once had that idea for a commissariat leman russ that shoots other leman russes for running away.(he doesn't know much about guard.) *tries not to fall out of chair* i guess so... but i could just see the commissar turning the cannon on a sgt who is fleeing... and then... well then there is no more fleeing sgt. then there is no more fleeing army, then he makes a commissariat titan, you can guess the rest.

Van Evok Predator is light tank, Rhino chassis and all, I doubt it could handle the weapons fitted in Leman Russ turret... We're working on kind of a heavy variant of it. Though to be honest, it might deserve a different name with all the changes.

What can be seen as a viable option is when you take the chassis of the Vindicator, remove the Demolisher cannon and replace it with a turbo-laser. Shot capacity is an issue of course as the power cells are quite huge and usually require a large scale plasma generator to power it properly.

all you need to do is take very 40k-ish words for example: emperor, hammer, annihilate. and blend them together to make awesome names.
you could also name them off supernatural creatures and the likes,eg. basilisk, chimera, etc.

Guard has a certain tradition with naming tanks, Marines not so much.
Chimera chassis and support vehicles are mostly named after mythical creatures, most Leman Russ variants have names that imply death dealing and the super-heavies are mostly named after melee weapons.
Marines on the other hand.. Rhino, Predator, Land Raider, Vindicator.
