The doctor seemed to be unphased. He merely whistled cheerfully as he began to pull out the bullets, dropping each of them into a metal tray, causing there to be dull clicks when the hit.
Soqed barely gave any reaction, her face only slightly twitching at the more painful moments when the doctor was either too rough or had to dig in deeper to pull a bullet out.
