the product of mysogyny and plain bad coincidence.
The unsuspected wallflower, waiting for the leaves to fall,

makes sense.

Your formal portrait. I stretched the canvas myself.
Your blood's authentic. Did I paint it well enough?
Does it look like you with your moth eaten eyes?
You made impressionalism easy when your face blew up.

I had a piece of candy I wanted to share with you,
but instead of giving you a kiss I ate it all.
I'd say I'm sorry but it's not as if you could hear
cause when I splattered your body I misplaced your ears.

I don't quite like it when it rains, it really ruins the art.
But lighting striking down on you really lights my spark.
You were my inspiration right from the start,
and you'll never die if I keep your skeleton in the dark

The shadow on the sundial is spinning away, each
additional tombstone marking the days. The
crosses are the ones that wandered astray
and the angels mark the people who were willing to stay.

The queen of hearts had a lusting for the knaves.
The queen of clubs beat down without adue.
The queen of spades grew gardens on the graves.
The queen of diamonds collected the dues.

With me, I can't say that you mattered that way.
You were just trash that I recycled out of goodwill.
And now you're flat but that's not much of a change.
You were two-dimensional then and you are still.

Its so much fun to watch the little strider underestimate our lit...I mean lovely captain's imagination.

...It just had to be a T-rex......

Ah-ha, I finally got a picture of my strider without that giant shadow over in the corner!

*yawns* last day of finals... busy day of packing...
