So I was walking my dog. And a REALLY HOT GUY COMES OUT OF A CAR, stares at me, then goes into my neighbor's house.

just relax and be natural....try describing how you just got there and its your first time being in the courtyard...supply plenty of thoughts to your rp as well as environment and noticing the people around you
