Though it feels horrible it's just the situation getting to you at the moment. Situation and the emotions made from it are a bad combination; don't do anything rash.

I understand if you don't.I just feel so pathetic.........i'm so weak that when someone yells at me I start to cry out of nowhere.......and i'm scared to ask someone for a favor, I can't even smile for real anymore, and when I do it just doesn't feel like it used to....y'know?

When you're afraid to ask for a favor you feel like you're burdening, bothering or troubling the person you're asking for. But if you ask for a favor you're showing the person you trust them enough to ensure a task for you to them.
When you feel like you can't smile everything seems to turn out alot more negative than it already is. It's usually because of the situation, when you're thinking clearly try to review what happened. Reflect and don't pin the blame on yourself or anyone else, try to find out what happened and why first.

I wasn't trying to ask a favor.........but even so........ She talks about how i'm gonna kill her one day by givving her a heart attack........ After awhile I started to hate her but.....after I gave it more thought.... I foud out, it's not her a hate........the one I hate is myself. I couldn't even see my own grandfather when he was at the hospital, I was scared and then when nan showed up home a month later alone..... I mean I feel like i'm responsable for her being sad. Her and gramps used to fight alot and after awhile I blamed myself for them fighting, and now........I can't even look at her in the eyes without feeling guilty. I'm I a bad person?
