Clowd/ B.E.B walked in to the training room and started stretching. When he was done stretching walked over to the puching bag and started delivering jabs to it. At the end of every 2nd jab he would deliver a visciouss punch and kept doing this and on the 3rd set he threw in a round kick at the end of every punch. He kept doing this until the 7th set of this combo and then shifted into a boxing stance and added a bit of bounce into his leg movement . He starts throwing ruthless punches at the punching bad.

*after a while with the wieght bench he decides to get up and go to one the other machines to work on his legs instead. he notices BEB across the room as he was switching machines. * "well look who its is"

After making a ruthless blow that ripped the punching bags material hense the internal "Fluffy stuff" that was stuffed inside the punching started to fall out he then noticed what Drunko said then a half smile formed on his mouth. He looked over at Drunko. " Yea. But I have something to ask. How has Lita been ever since Pearson hit her with that sledge hammer. I know if I asked her she would just snarl at me and call me an abcent minded basket case."
