Oh.
In Fox's case his PHYSICAL POWER stat would show how much he's mastered physical fighting styles. At this STANDARD it would make sense for him to know a couple of styles really well or have mastered them. Unlike real world people, the idea is your character has the time and energy to invest in various MMA techniques and styles that broaden your horizon and make you an overall better fighter.
The PHYSICAL POWER stat would only need to increase and subtract from SPELLPOWER if Fox had physical abilities or mastery that mimicked unrealistic effects. For example, the whole 100 fist thing would be considered a special PHYSICAL POWER ability, the same way that a super strong punch that can go through steel would be.
All and all, if Fox is just saying "I hit harder because I hit smarter" then that is completely acceptable with the STANDARD that I outlined.

It's just an outline that allows for broad character types while establishing a basic set of limits.
As opposed to like, "Ok, everyone send your profiles and we'll have these various judges with various opinions tell you what you can and can't have."
Not that I really expect any of my suggestions to be fully adopted, but, I can always use my own event to prove their worth. It might also take some more ( or better ) advertising on my part, but I think I'm on to something.
