Iri readjusts her grip on the leather traveling bag in her hand and starts after Nekojiri. She nearly has to jog to keep up with the much taller man, but she doesn't mind.
"Well, I inherited an affinity for the wind from my family. I taught myself to raise wind gusts, manipulate currents of air, and even fly or levitate without the use of my wings. The weapons I prefer are a tessen or a najinata. My wind spells are simple and I'm sure a Kaze master would say that they lack refinement, but I have good control over them. I'm moderately skilled with my preferred weapons, but I might as well be weaponless with anything else. Anything else you would like to ask?"

-=Neko opened the door at the end of the halway, revealing a beautiful japanese-styled garden, complete with a decent-sized koi pond, and even a little bridge. Yhere were a few cherry trees, but the weather wilted them long ago. There was a small blanket of snow on the ground, blades of grass jutting through it. Neko walked over to the other side of the garden, and sat his belongings on a porch, before turning back to Ili=-
I'm not sure. Is there anything else you would like to tell me?

Violet eyes scan the snow covered garden as Iri continues to follow Nekojiri. She doesn't seem to notice the cold, even as her bare feet pad through the snow. Instead, she looks back at the man and tilts her head, taking a moment to consider her response.
Moments later, Iri meets Nekojiri's gaze once more, her smile now a one-sided grin and her eyes dancing with mischief. "I'm an honorable person, but I'll be the first to tell you that I'm not afraid to fight dirty. Heh, I guess that's it."

Walking softly on the snow, Zen slowly made his way across the grounds to the pond. It had truly been a while. And so he walked. It didn't really matter wear, but his eyes scanned the dojo, for a particular signature.

Wonderful. Well, Irianna. We can do this many ways, but it needs to be done. To figure out where to start you, in terms of training, we need to gauge your current abilities.
I've something in mind, but is there any way that you would recommend?
-=Neko unclasped his cloak, letting it fall onto the porch as he stepped forward. His body was indeed lean, and clad in what resembled a black gi, though a little more formal, with gold trim outlining the edges, making them stand out=-

Iri's white wings unfold from her back and softly flap, stirring eddies of snow around her bare feet and legs, only lightly ruffling the hem of her knee-length white cotton gown. Her shoulders indifferently shrug.
"Let's go with your idea. You would know better how to test a green fighter like me."

-=Neko gave Iri a toothy grin, and took a few steps towards her, still a good fifteen feet from her as he rested a finger on the side of his glasses, and waited=-
Alright. Knock these off of my head.

Zen had come to the pond, taking a step his foot stood calmly on its surface. Taking another step he started to make his way across the water.

The winged woman anxiously shifts her weight, her wings flexing and unflexing. One slender red eyebrow raises in a quizzical gesture. "That's it? Knock your shades off of your face?" She tilts her head, eyes clearly skeptical. "There's got to be a trick to this, but oh wells..."
With a thought, Iri encourages three small currents of air to raise from the ground and spiral around her body, snowflakes caught in their pull. Above the dojo, three more currents, invisible to the eye, await her command. Abruptly, the snowy currents rush at Nekojiri's face, intent on grabbing the glasses. The invisible currents approach more subtly to approach the man from behind.

-=Neko sensed the subtle shifts in the flow of chakra around him, and rolled his head around, his neck cracking as the currents shifted the glasses farther back on his face, thanks to the change of angles.=-
Yeah, that's it. Oh, and one.

Iri's air currents grabbed and held the dark glasses aloft. The young woman narrowed her eyes, deep in thought. A moment's contemplation brought her back to attention.
"I see why you wanted me to do something so simple. I figured at first that you were going to play with me a little, make the task difficult. But you just wanted to see how I work my chakra, right?"
(( Heheh, I know how that goes. I used to have AOL Internet service, and it booted me all the time. I run on cable Internet now, and that problem's virtuallly nonexistant now. ))

-=Neko smiles, the small black slits of his eyes thinning a bit at the loss of his glasses. He quickly snatches them out of the air, and sets them back on his face=-
And you're sharp to boot.
-=He shuffled a bit, pulling back a loose strand of hair that was tickling his nose=-
You seem to have decent Chakra control. That's always a plus. And you apparently already know what it is. Congratulations, though. Most students would opt for the direct approach before using their noggins.
((Yeah, same here, but the weather's so bad down here that it knocked a cable loose. X.x))

(( Baaack. ._. It was hell to try and fit a couch through that skinny hallway... especially with all the turns... OF! AND THAT TABLE TOO!! @.@ Me boooooored too. ._. I think I'll... make ART! <3 )) The cat watched the two for a bit, then went off, wandering around the snow covered garden. This place was strange... it was so big, and it looked like the outside, but when the cat was last out there, it had not seen such a place. This place had a bit of a funny feel to it as well...

A one-sided grin plays across the woman's lips once more. Her wings fold against her back again and Iri seems to stand a little straighter.
"Well, as scrawny as I am, I have to be quick of mind. Strength isn't something I have to spare." Iri tilts her head once more, a contemplative habit. "Any other tests you have in store?"
(( The weather's that bad, huh? Geez, I'm glad it's generally mild out here. Occasional bad storm, but not much more. ))
