*As he started to pull his hand away, her grap didnt loosen right away. Since her soul still had not returned to her body, her body was slow to react. Once her body realised the s'posed threat had ended her hand slowly let go and dropped back down to the ground. Her arm made a small thud when it landed on the ground. Her eyes still the milky, clouded stubstance it was, the dark orb of her eye still there, moved slowly as if trying to look at Focht. A few moments later her skin started to fade color slightly, a clear sign her body and soul had been seperated for too long and it wouldnt be too much longer until things took a turn for the worst. That is if her soul didnt find it's way back soon*

A man, wrapped in silk, was walking through the forest, his black shoes cracking the twigs and leaves underneith. Where was he going? What was his name? Where was he?! Confusion and doubt clouded his mind as he thought. He knew he could do something to stop himself from worrying, from being afraid, but he was too nervous to do anything right now. The last thing he remembered was he was fighting down Zentra, the vampire general, and the next he was here!! A strange haze surrounded him then poof, he was here! Something was up, and he needed to find out what!

Even as Tegral walked he felt something...odd. What was that? It like a distant twing of pai- "Grah!" Tegral's thoughts were cut short as a seering hot poker was stabbed into his artificial brain. Eyes rolling into the back of his head, hands quivering infront of his face, his body collaspsed to it's knees. Suddenly the cyborg began to convulse, foam building up in his mouth. What was happening to him!? Why could he feel the pain? Why didn't it numb itself like it always did? Why?! Finally his strength subsided and he fell onto his side, still smasming in his convulsions. Wait! His power supply...run a scan on his power supply! Respond! Nothing was working, he was dead weight!

The woman had continued her trek through the forest, she had not come in contact in several days. Her ice blue eyes stared hard into the forest in front of her, but her body was stiff, like that of a doe watching her surroundings.

She was not one to be caught by surprize, at least not now. She glanced around at her surroundings and found charred earth at her feet, green foilage struggling to grow. She smiled and kneeled, placing her hand down onto the forest floor. A white pulsing light drifted over the area.

When it faded, the charred earth was once again lush with green life, small blue flowers with petals tipped in silver shown all around. The woman stood, without difficulty and continued her walk.

Tegral's spasms had finally subsided and he lay in the dirt, panting. Breath came slowly, and it burned as it entered his lungs. Something flickered in his view and a targeting grid paned itself onto a tree. His hands moved instictively to the silver magnum at his belt. The loud crack of a single round being fired echoed through the silent forest as a bird was blasted to blood and feathers. Was it hostile? Why did he fire? He was testing systems...right? He needed to adjust his fireing time. He missed he heart by .5 inches. His arm servoes seemed a bit tried, had to regrease those as well. Almost as if the thought of his arm servoes had summoned the malfunction his entire right arm went numb, and he dropped the gun in responce. "...s**t..."

Sitting against a tree's trunk, Hidjie smiled into the tree tops. Nothing could spoil his mood right that moment...why? He'd been out galavanting around the forest, but still no ladies! You'd figure some of those wet-n-wilder ladies would be out and about, but nothing! Last time he was in a forest, how long ago was that, he'd met up with not one, but TWO, lovely young ladies who each took turns making sure he was all nice and comfortable in the night. Not that the night held any sleep, of coarse. His smile turned into a soft chuckle. "Man, oh, man, Hidjie ol' boy. You've really got a touch. Haha, but ya can't be touchin those that arn't here." His speech began to slowly turn into a mumble as the sentance grew to a close. Man, he needed a woman.

Stiffling a yawn behind a closed fist, Hidjie stood and dusted his bottom off. Had to look good, incase the ladies were lookin. Hidjie paused, and almost laughed. Why the hell should he care whether or not these women were looking at him? All he needed was his sword. Sword? No, he used a cannon! Twitching his left eye he gently rubbed it with his finger tips. Why did the damn thing keep twitching? The heat haze returned again and Hidjie soon found himself wearing different pants, and half his shirt had changed as well. It probably would have been easier to just let it change him completely, but he didn't want to change! The haze began to creep down, slowly at first but more rapidly after the first few inches. He pushed it down, until not even his boots were different than the ones he was wearing this morning. All the same, change was scary, familarity was saftey. Such a naive way of thinking, but it settled his stomach just fine.

"Damnit...I should have stayed at that last village. There were women there! And drink!! God damn this world!" Hidjie stumbled into a tree and he slammed his fist against it's solid bark. "GRAH! ******** vampires, crazy women! And what the hell is that damn smell!?!" His rants were turning rather ferverish as Tegral's malfunctions started to seep into Hidjie's part of the body. It wasn't so much the more drastic things, but he did have sudden temperature spikes, or sudden pain in his arms or legs.

The smell wasn't so much anything, except the smell of rotting leaves on the ground, the smell of animal droppings...it was just the smell of the forest. In the state he was in at the moment, however, Hidjie failed to register.

What's the deal with this place? One minute you have a pretty girl smileing at you, the next you've got a monster taking a chomp outa your throat! And why the hell did he feel like he had a noose around his neck?!? His legs stumbled around without really thought...damn his luck anyways. Some guys had all the luck...sure he could get the ladies, but damned it all! Why in the hell did he have to get tangled into all this crap?! "And why the ******** does my arm hurt?!?!" he shouted at no one in particular. Pressing his hand against another tree troke he started towards something...or rather someone.

She was here for one reason and one reason only. She contined to walk quietly through the forest her feet moving towards what once was a waterfall, that had become charred earth and dry land. She heard the trickling of water and smiled slightly, the water continued to run.

"Like the river, life moves on." She kneeled down near what was once the based of the waterfall and moved into the cave, she scooped soil into her hand and took in the smell. "His scent is cold, he has not been here is quite awhile." She murmmured aloud.

She looked towards the entry way of the cave and her eyes followed the crystal like drops of water falling around the entrance and stood, walking slowly towards them, the started to take on a slight blue shining, only noticable if you were looking for them.

"Let's help with a little bit of growth."

The woman sighed as she swam in the now reformed pool of water at the end of the waterfall. Her expression was soft and tired. She swam to the edge of the pool and climbed out, wrapping herself in a cloak of light blue silk. She sat near a pile of twigs and wood she had gathered earlier and waved her hand over it, in time the twigs started to smoke and then burn.

She sighed and ran her finger through her tumbled silver hair, then frowned, growling low in her throat with irritation. Alot of things had changed as well as her appearence, but her ice blue eyes remained.

At least some things stayed the same.

"Bored..." Tegral murmered to himself as he slowly marched through the forest. Sure, he had plenty of things he had to be doing at the moment...but let that little ******** KB do them himself! Pushing a branch away from his face he let it snap back as soon as he stepped away from it. The shutters on his right arm were closed tight, but that didn't stop the faint glow of orange-blue light from stretching out into the darkness of the forest. He really needed to fix that, and not just because the radiation was dangerous, but because he was sick of that damn glow! Let the world rot in one, big, nuclear hell hole...just get rid of the damn glow!

Out of sheer boredom Tegral began to build something in his head...blue prints, or something like that. He was never quite sure of what he was doing until he actually sat down with parts and started building it. What ever it was it had a lot of explosives, as did most everything Tegral designed.

He was so absorbed in his thoughts he almost missed the strange, heatless and lightless, firelike coating that began to change his appearance. It wasn't until he lost his readings in his right leg did he notice, and push it back and away. The only reason why he'd remained Tegral for so long was because he kept supressing that fire.

The woman glanced up, her pupils dialated as she caught the glimmer of some strange glow. She held up a hand slowly and a wavering white glow slowly created a shield undetectable by the human eye. She frowned, whatever it was it wasn't something that was good.

She stroked the fire thoughtfully, her eyes glancing occasionally around the area. It was instinctual, to be alert at all times, she prayed that there would be a time when she felt safe again. Her weaponry was only a foot away if needed. Maybe she would get some use out of it.

Pain surged through his right arm, and he forced himself not to reach over and grab it. It was fake...so why was he feeling pain? There was definately something wrong with the high energy caps. Why was his arm twitching like that?

A strange, heatless and lightless, flamelike coating engulfed his body again. This time he didn't supress it...his arm hurt too much. Metalic limbs, torn clothes, scruffy dark hair, and pain filled dark eyes, all changed. What emerged from the unnatural inferno was a vision of heroic grace. Hidjie had medium length blonde hair that stood straight off his head, and despite the darkness it seemed to glow. His blue eyes had a slight shimmer to them, and his muscular build silhoetted in the night's darkness.
