It's something Doctor Strange told me about once. It's this dimension where the effects of time don't exist like we know them. Plus it's white and nothing's in it except what dudes from our dimension put there.

So, Lex explains the Kryptonite in his suit... mostly. He's got (real) Green-K, which will off a Kryptonian if used properly. Red-K with has varying effects on Kryptonians, with none of them ever being good. Blue-K which is essentially Bizarro Green-K. And lastly, Black Kryptonite, which Lex decided not to describe.
