(( -Posts something.- x_x Warning: Really corney post. xd ))

Ring ring. Ring ring. Ring ring.

Ikue mumbled gently under her breath and sighed, reaching out for her cell phone on top of the desk beside her bed. Flipping it open, she brought the phone to her ear, answering it.

"Hello?"

Come home.

"Who's this? ...Dad?"

Come home. ...Now.

The girl remained silent for a moment, a nervous expression upon her face. Her father was speaking in a serious, slightly angry tone of voice. He must've...

I know you're at that.. cursed place, Ikue. Come home.

"But Dad..! Mom told you..? ..Where's Mom?"

-Click.-

Slowly, Ikue lowered the phone from her ear, speechless. She was worried.. Why did her father just hang up on her like that? The young medium got out of bed, got dressed and placed her panda cap on. Ikue flicked the light switch off and left the room, closing and locking the door behind her..

Now at the amusement park's entrance, Ikue looked over her shoulder, then continued walking. Her two will-o'-wisps followed from behind..

- - -

The girl unlocked her front door, opened it with a turn of a knob, and stepped inside. She was welcomed with darkness, her will-o'-wisps providing her with some light.

Welcome home, Ikue. -Insert evil laughter here.-

Before the girl can say anything, a bullet was shot through her neck, and Ikue was dead before she hit the ground. Ikue's father stepped out from the darkness, a sinister look in his eyes as he stared at his daughter, who was laying on the ground before him. He was an intelligent looking, tall man and had the same gray eyes Ikue had. Mr. Uehara dragged the body off into the garage and got out his axe..

Chop, chop, chop.

(( I apologize if that sounded really corney.. xd Ikue is not dead yet. I mean, she is dead, but she'll be brought back to life.. I'll add more to that later on. Bwah hah hah. ))

Elizabeth followed along--or was she headed there in the first place?-- those hidden hands tapping along in unison to an unheard beat. As she entered the bar her eyes would fall on the scattered plates and burnt out candles. She'd been about to say something when Gackt so kindly offered her a smoke.

It had been a while since her last cigarette. About a week and a half at the most-- god, had it been that long since she'd walked out on Jarred? Before the last pack it had been almost six months since Liza had smoked. Jarred hated it.

The girl pouted a bemused smirk, slender fingertips plucking out a slender stick. Without further ado, the cigarette found a new home betwixt her lips and for a few moments she fiddled around her pockets. "s**t." Liza mumbled, realizing that her beloved zippo was tucked away in her backpack.

Yeah.. -She said quietly, a short giggle playing harmony with her voice for a moment. So she was being a little selfish, but could anyone blame her? Not really, it was only normal. First love... almost always could a person count on the bearer to be extremely attached. Especially at such a young age.

So it wasn't healthy, to cling onto another person to the point where they were in each other's company day in and out...Then again, if one took into consideration how the duo balanced eachother out one could almost say it was a rather healthy 'obsession' indeed.- So, where do you know Gackt from?

-Poor Mimi, she'd led a very sheltered life when it came to certain things such as music.-

With a light flick of his wrist, and a spark, the zippo lighter was brought to his lips to light the tobacco stuffed roll of paper. The gray smoke, although barely seen under the darkness of the bar, was dancing up into the air slowly, waving side to side. It was almost as if the smoke was trying to dance its way up to heaven!

Ah, Gackt would finally make his move! From that point, the lighter would move from his cigarette, to Eliza's lighting it up for him. 'Twas the gentleman's thing to do! Offering her a smile, he would then shift the zippo to it's 'closed' position, and slide it into his pocket. Finally, with little warning, Gackt reached across and flicked the eletric lights he hated so much. This was why Gackt wore sunglasses, more or less!

Hakan would almost choke. She didn't know who Gackt was!? And what of the other residents!? As if his cold had come back, he quickly sat up giving a cough or two, though they were nothing to worry about. Hakan simply choked on his spit!

Who were these people he had been staying with?! Hah.. With a rather shocked expression, Hakan would remain sat up, combing a few strands of hair back. Due to the fact that they hadn't been brushed in a long while, it was difficult to shift through all the knots. "Well, I don't know Gackt, although I pride myself in being his biggest fan." Fan? Who was this person anyways?!

"Gackt is a mega-popular singer from the east." Well, that was in short. Alas, Hakan didn't want to bore Mimi with his ramblings of Gackt.

((-shakes fist at the taco server- bah!))
Eliza inhaled deeply, head tilted back a bit, eyes half closed in extacy. Sweet, sweet nicotine... it had been too long since the last binge, even if it had been a short week. God, quitting had been too hard six months prior and it had only taken one day to kick her back in the habit. The girl smirked, some of the smoke blowing out of her nostrils.

Emerald depths followed the man for a moment, fingertips plucking the cigarette from her mouth after a short drag. With casual grace she moved behind the counter, eyes surveying the place. Food, food, there had to be some somewhere!!

The sudden change of light made her eyes hurt, forcing Liza to shut them momentarily. Grumbling, she blew a puff of smoke off to the side, the white tabacco roll pressed between her lips. "Who was the genious that decided to put hallogen lamps in a bar? Haven't they heard that soft lighting's great for atmosphere and business?" It took her a few moments for her vision to adjust.

-Mimi smiled a bit, gaze dropping to her hands.- Well, that explains a lot, really. Monkeychild music, as the term being one that most lycanthropes use referring to humans, wasn't allowed in the Pride. Most human things are considered trash. In fact, we only have two Metis and one Homid in the pride-- and even *they* deny their human background.

-She said quietly, violet orbs lifting to study the flames once more. It just dawned on her at that precise moment how little she knew about Hakan....how different they were.-

Lucky for Gackt ther strong lights of the bar didn't harm his eyes so much, although the rays did seem to penetrate the tea colored lenses of his shades. "Candle light would work better." He would state blandly, before he began to shift around in his pockets for a little bit. Finally, after a light jingle, Gackt withdrew a set of keys. "I'm going to cook." He would announce! And any true Gackt fan knew.. It took the star 4 days to prepare a meal!

And so, he would turn and begin to walk, off towards the exit to pick up his favorite ingridient in his famous curry, Pork Belly Blocks! ][XD][

And whatever had happened to the young bat? Well, after a good while of sleep, she would begin to make her way down the stairs sluggishly, announcing herself with a yawn once she reached the bar. She had no idea where she was going, she was simply letting the wind carry her along so to speak. Rubbing her eyes sleepily she would continue to walk about.

As for Hakan, he was carrying on a conversation with Mimi. By now he had scooted himself up and placed his back against the headboard to support himself. "Gackt is really good.." he would state in an almost dreamy tone. "I've looked up to him for a while now.." He would state with a firm nod. It was obvious Hakan thought highly of this Gackt person.

"Pride?" He would ask, trying to draw himself away from rambling. Indeed, it was shocking how little the duo knew of each other.

Eliza nodded a bit, delicate brow arching. Okay, if he was going to cook, why did he run off in the opposite direction of the kitchen? In all honesty, she rather not think about it; Liza would much rather like to be staring at him undress. (( xd ))

The girl, however, shook her head, lips playing around with the cigarette betwixt her lips as she stared off in the pantry. Canned soup. Lots of canned soup. Liza sighed, digits snatching the cancer stick for a moment, flicking ashes onto a glass she'd snatched prior. Soup was not her cup of tea, really.

Wrinkling her nose, she took another drag of nicotine and tabacco as she continued to look around for food. In her right hand she carried the makeshift ashtray. "Candles would definately make it better." Liza concluded, long after Gackt had left. "But if there was real food it would be heaven."

-Mimi frowned for a bit, trying to find the proper term to describe a pride. - Its... the feline equivalent of a Tribe... -She would state after a moment's pause.- Most feline lycanthropes don't have a problem with humans. The Pumonga have a make-shift alliance with the human race and the Bagheera is well known for their kindness and wisdom. Its just *my* pride that's the problem.

-At that Mimi shifted a bit, a faint frown covering her face.- I suppose you can consider my particular Pride the equivalent of the feudal Japanese. They want nothing to do with the rest of the world....as far as they're concerned, we are the best and need not to be 'tainted' by any other culture. - Idiots-

After a bit of a wait, Gackt passed through the doors, and stepped to his Diablo and unlocked the door with a simple press of a button on his key chain. Once the locks popped with a sound which resembled 'tok' he opened the doors and slid into the car which was seemingly invisable in the night.

Shutting the door quietly behind him, moments later after he had inserted the key and turned the Laborghini on screeching of tired would be heard. Dust being picked up, not to mention smoking tires.. And finally Gackt was off! Speeding, until he would reach the city, where he would slow down considerably. A ticket for a star is not a pretty thing!

][Brain fart. xD;;][

"Japan was brainless back then." He would state flatly, shutting his eyes. Sad, really.. And if that was how Mimi's tribe was, well.. they were even worse for acting in such a manner in this day and age!

(( You need cranial beano))

"Mornin' Sleepyhead" Mumbled Eliza from behind a bluish-grey puff of smoke before crushing the cigarette against the glass' side. A moment later she waved a hand around in an attempt to disperse the cloud of smoke, lips parted in a broad grin. Even half-awake Midi was adorible.

It was then when she found one of Mimi's sandwiches. Aha!! Finally, something other than the goddamned soup. Liza paused, a hand patting her belly. "Soup or sandwich?"

Yes.. it was. -She stated after another momen'ts pause.- But we're not completely closed off, though. There are select members of the pride that are sent out to live in Gaia's society in an effort to collect information and retail it to Father and Daisuke... mainly for technological purposes. They studied the history books and know the consequences of complete alienation....At least from the technological and military point of view.

It is part of the reason our scouts hardly stay out of the Den-Realm for longer than three, maybe four months. - Part of the reason the Pride was desperate to have Mimi back home. It didn't speak well of her family, let alone her father's ability to lead the pride. Another great reason for her to avoid 'home'-

][I know, I know..e.e;][

Muttering inaudiable words, Midi would offer a simple wave. When one just woke up, it was hard to find an appitite. Needless to say, Midi didn't look very hungry, nor did it look like she ate very much. In truth, Midi only needed to eat every few days.

Another yawn would part those lips of hers wide showing off long fangs, very much like a bats. However, if it wasn't for those ears she would look much like a vampire, since the fangs were much longer than a neko-jin's.

And so, she would stagger along seemingly aimlessly, trying to find a spot to make herself comfortable. Finally, she would stumble upon a stool which she would plop her bum down on, and lean forth resting her forehead on the counter releasing a tired groan.

"Sounds like your tribe is rather smart." Hakan was a confusing person, and would more than likely fit in well with the group of Mimi's tribe. However, it was that fact that would seperate him from that certain group of people. Because he shared similar ideas, and looked down upon most people, getting him and Mimi's 'Pride' would be like starting a war. "however they sound like the kind of people that would off their own. They wouldn't want their secrets being revealed to a potential enemy now would they?" Hakan would state. He was looking to keep the conversation up to prevent the spotlight being put on him.

"Did you at least sleep well?" Liza asked before plopping her a** down on the stool next to Midi. Obviously the bat-girl wasn't a morning person, but Liza was simply trying to be polite. She wouldn't speak much, the need to silence her stomach was more important. After all, she hadn't eaten in a few days...and she was human. Such things were necessary for survival.

(( my brain just farted ))

-Mimi nodded, her complexion going pale and ears drooping.- You're right...they do off their own. -In fact, that was her biggest concern. One day she'd have to face a Deathdealer-- most likely her own brother. The pact she had with Ryoko would only buy her time but not safety. Mimi herself had past the maximum time period allowed outside of the Den-Realm by four months.-

"I did for a little while.." She would managed to mumble, turning her head so she could look up at the elder female through tired looking amber orbs. She didn't appear very tired, but.. She definetly could have used a little more rest before waking up. "But after a while it got cold.." That was obviously when Eliza left.

Even in the dim light room he could see Mimi's face growing pale. From that point he would scoot near her and tilt his head so it was resting on her shoulder. From that point he would look up at her, resembling some sort of pet trying to comfort their owner. A dog no less! "You know.. If you get too far over your head I'll help you out." He would pause for a little while, trying to find a way of putting his coming sentence without making it sound cruel. There was no way around it. "But.. It's a problem you need to take care of by yourself. So I don't want to help too much." Indeed, it was a lesson Mimi needed to learn.

She had to learn to be able to take care of herself! Hakan, not matter how much he wanted to be, would not always be there. So.. In short, the only time he'd jump in is if she was near death. He was not about to let his loved one die!

I know... -Mimi muttered, quietly brushing a few strands of hair away from his face.- Its bad enough I dragged Ryoko into it. -It was now two lives at stake, Ryoko's and her own-- the last thing she wanted was to put Hakan in any danger.

Or rather, in any more danger than he already was. Her loving him was bad enough. He wasn't a Bagheera. He had been at one point human. The redeeming quality he posessed was that of being a demon...and even then that might not be enough.- Its my fight, my lesson... and she jut wouldn't take no for an answer. I mean... she managed to shut up Seya but convincing Daisuke is a whole different issue...

Eliza could've choked on her sandwich because of that comment alone. What was Midi trying to say?! Stop being a pervert!! At least she managed to keep that poker face intact for a few moments. Finally she managed to swallow the bite she'd been chewing, flashing Midi a smile. "I apologize.. If I knew where the extra blankets were I would've covered you better.... then again, I was starving."

And then she took another large bite of her sandwich in an effort to shut herself up.

"If you know, then you shouldn't be sitting around." He would give a small nod. After a moments pause he finished his statement. "You should be trying to get your body used to combat, and changing from one form to another." It didn't take much for Hakan to figure out that changing from one shape to another hurt alot. However.. It was too late to start working on such things now correct? So, as if to keep her quiet on any other matters he would turn his head and plan a small kiss on her neck, close to her throat.

"It's okay.." She would nod, he statement coming out quietly, and only to be finished off by a longer yawn which forced tears into Midi's eyes. "I'm the one who should be sorry. I slept in your bed after all." Again her words would come along quietly, before finally she would stand up. Indeed, it was getting late. Midi needed to scout out a good place to rest.

I know.. its just.. - I'm afraid to become like them.. Mimi shrugged a bit, allowing her gaze to drift off to the candle lights again. That night with the wolf... she'd gone a little bit crazy. That intensity and that desire to kill.. it had taken Mimi by surprise and left her stunned. Hell, she could still see the blood on her hands and the look of surprise when she jumped out of the shadows. She could still feel the hotness of the wound, the stiffness of his fur.

The girl shuddered, the morose thoughts slipping out of her mind and accompanied by some far too pleasant for her young mind. Mimi laughed softly, squirming at the kiss. Without saying another word she leaned over, letting their lips meet once more.-

"I didn't mind," she said quietly, wrapping up the sandwich in the seran wrap again. "If you need to bunk there again feel free to do so." And so she slipped from the stool, shoving the remnants of her sandwich into her right pocket. It worried her a bit how Midi didn't seem to realize who she really was. How was she going to explain to Midi who Midori was?

Hakan wouldn't understand such things. Being afraid to kill, or being afraid to become murderous like her family. Death always came naturally to Hakan, especially when it came to taking the life of people he disliked. He didn't get a particular charge out of taking a life, but he didn't have a problem with doing so either. it was exactly why he wore those eyes of his, those gorgeous ruby orbs.. He killed, many times.. And he would, no doubt, kill by the end of his life time again.

however, such thoughts were unimportant. What was most important in that young mind of his was the issue at hand, devoting himself to the kiss which would last forever in a few seconds. Once their lips met, he was working hard to pull the blankets up comfortably over them.

"The couch will be okay.." Midi would state slowly making her way to the lobby. "I don't want to be a bother.. i'm sure such a large bed would be comfortable to sleep in by yourself." Midi would finish that statement with a faint smile. ..She hid it well, but she enjoyed sleeping with Eliza. Naturally, she was unaware that she had clung to the elder female through the night.

Indeed, Midi covered herself well. But.. She had no idea who she was. How old she was. where she came from, such information was unknown! The only way she knew 'Midi' as he knew was because many people called her Midori, and Midi seemed cuter.

-Unlike Hakan, Mimi detested having to kill, especially when it was sensless and needless. That hunt, for example, Mimi had not been hungry. She went along to not anger Ryoko and had planned to act only if needed. Instinct, however, had taken over and by the time she realized it she'd already gotten involved in the bloodbath...and what was worse was the fact that she'd enjoyed it.

But her thoughts weren't on such things at the moment. Right then and there the only thing on her mind was Hakan and that very pleasant kiss. It was surprising to find that she wasn't pulling away or trying to hide as usual. Once they were all comfy under the sheets she simply clung onto him, almost afraid to let go. So long as he was there, she'd be fine. As loving and sweet as he was he gave her a sense of strength.-

"Bullshit." She muttered, walking over to the girl and shoving the key in Midi's hand. "I'll take the couch, you take the bed.. I'll be fine. I'm used to it. Now go... shoo. "And so spoken she gave the girl a gentle hug and then a shove. Like she was going to let Midi sleep on the couch.. PISH!

(( okay, going sleepy now before the mother kills me.. ))
