Seph kept his mouth shut, looking around at the clones that filled the main room. He dropped Byakougan, closing his eyes and recomposing himself. It was beginning to drain him more than ever. That didn't surprise him, though. He had had it for a long time, maybe it was time..
"Are your demons dealt with?"

Still panting, she replied, "I... I don't know. Ten years worth of repressed thoughts might take a few days to clear out. But as long as you can tolerate it, I'll work through it. I'll understand if you don't want to take me on after this."
She dismissed the clones, and tried to regain her composure at least a bit. She tried to pull herself up. "I think I need a glass of water."

He looked around once again. "Nothing is broken, everyone survived the encounter." He looked back at her and grinned, "Yeah, I think I'll keep you under my tutelage for a while longer. Let's get a drink."

She smiled weakly as she finally pulled herself upright, and followed Seph into the kitchen.

As the others finished thier training, Sage finished his final batch of pancakes. He had plates full with stacks of pancakes lining the kitchen. All counterspace was dominated by towers of golden pancake glory. After looking around at it all, and taking a few breaths, Sage picked up a plate. He then took the plate with it's tower of pancakes out to the main room. After setting it down on the table, he took a trash can and set it next to the table. now to begin the long process of trying to figure out just how much or how little chakra I'll need to pull that trick off.

He poured her a glass of ice water and handed it to her. "You did well." He nodded.

A twinge, a brief twinge, flowed through his head as the chakra flowed. Holding his temple he made his way into the kitchen, opening cupsboards looking for things to eat.

She flopped into the chair, hoping it was sturdy enough to support that sort of thing. She accepted the glass, and weakly said, "thanks," before gulping down half the glass of water. "I hope I can work through that quick enough. I haven't really had to deal with them for awhile."

"Just keep under consideration that you do have your limits. Know them and expand them, but do not push them too far." He looked back at the window for a brief instant, then sighed some, smiling. "I've got to go for a while. Rest up tonight." He winked once more, then disappeared in a small explosion of flame.

She sat there smiling a little to herself before finishing up her water. She carefully stood up and refilled her glass before heading out to the couch where she'd left her katana earlier. She sat down drank some water, leaned back, and closed her eyes, meditating, and trying to keep the bad thoughts in check.

((just a note for rev: kitchen is full of pancakes....plates and plates of pancakes.))
While Damaris sat on the couch with her water, Sage practiced with pancakes not that far away. Each time, he kept his hand and the pancake in question over the trash can he had taken. His attempts went something along the lines of this:
Attempt 1:
Sage focused his mind, and held the pancake on the top of his hand, balancing it over the trash can. He slowly built his chakra around that hand, trying to funnel it into the pancake....unfortunately, he used far too much, causing the pancaked to inflate, then melt off his hand.
Attempt 2:
Sage let out a few sighs, then tried again, this time relaxing the focus of his mind a bit, and trying to channel just a tiny bit of chakra around his hand, instead of gathering it there....he again used too much, causing the pancake to inflate slightly, then dribble off his hand into the trash can.

"You feeling okay?"
Clow stood in the open space of the main room, with his arms crossed, a weak smile and an eyebrow raised, as he looked over Damaris.

Takuan stepped into a pancake as he opened cupboards. He glanced to Sage, he wasn't a breakfast person.

"I almost forget what mine is."
He chuckled and looked up at the ceiling.
"I may be a Sensei...but it's been a while since I've even sparred. Not many people around that I can with anyways. I would with Nami, but with the baby coming and all...It's difficult. But I'm good."
