Permission to walk these critters. Please, if you noticed the magi has gotten wings, stop walking it. (That is not to say I have retracted permission at that point, merely to express a prefrence. I'd not get you in trouble for trying to help out.)
I don't know if you intend to freeze it or if your decision what to do with it depends on its gender, but you do know that they'll still grow wings even when frozen right after hatching, right? This may change some time soon -see the site polls- but currently there's no need to wait with freezing for them to grow their wings. If it's the gender you want to know then yes, you do need to wait of course...
(btw, I didn't do anything with it as it already had wings when I saw it this morning)
