Probably to the same extent that ANY man will be attracted to a woman's body. But that's not really the same as actual attraction. You can look at almost any woman and find something attractive about her, that doesn't mean you're really attracted to her. It just means you're a man, and you're doing what men do.
But because of the fact he's never been around someone who didn't share his skin color for pretty much all of his entire life until he came to Gaia, he finds paler skin tones and hair colors outside of the norm for his people (black, brown) to be strange, rather than attractive.
So if she hard darker skin, like a "native" or even an African or Arabic skintone, and had dark hair, he'd be much more likely to be attracted to her. If she were pale and blonde-haired like the stereotypical 80s Cherry Pie chick, he wouldn't really find that attractive, because his cultural and sociological conditioning doesn't even account for it, let alone tell him it's attractive.
Over time, he'd probably find women outside of his own ethnic range to be attractive, but for the first few years I've played him, he finds their looks and habits to be strange, rather than pleasing. It's just something I found I should account for, given the stark contrast of his culture and ethnic background.
It's just one of the quirks that I worked into his background to add to the character.

Lavelle Esculentus Viz: Sounds like me in reverse. Being a half breed, I have realized that it is an extremely rare thing for me to be attracted to others of my own ethnicity. Strange... I'm attracted to women of pretty much any ethnicity, and I've dated more women outside of my own than I have those who share my skin color or background. But Deitric comes from an area where the population is, ethnically, homogeneous. Roughly the same skin tones, same hair and eye colors. His own eye color is actually an aberration that isn't considered attractive in his culture because his eyes are blue, rather than green, brown, or hazel. So to step outside of THAT sort of cloistered, conservative tribal society and into a vastly different one is going to mean that, for a while at least, he's going to be put off by other people, rather than attracted.

Martin Spiralwave -____- Why can't I add that kind of depth to a character... Because I can't edit: It takes playing the same character for a long while to start finding these quirks. You don't really develop or make them, you just.. find them through playing the character and exploring their background and experiences. Having a distinct culture for their background also helps, because culture shapes a character's views and the like in the long run. It can range from a family culture to a national identity or racial identity.

Viz: So Detric would see the people of Gaia as one would view say... An alien from another planet. Which to him, exotic humans asside, they would be. like looking at a Tiger in the zoo. One would admire it's beauty but you wouldn't want to sex it up!

Sort of. It's more like he's ethnocentric; he doesn't really "get" their culture, but he likes most of the Gaians he meets well enough despite their differences. However, a lot of that has started to crumble since he died and came back, and he's starting to adapt to the culture more. But he still finds women from his own stock to be more attractive because he's been sociologically conditioned to do so.
It's like going from, say, China, to live in like.. Egypt, without ever having seen a black or Arabic person ever, and having never known that such a people, place, or culture even existed. It would take a while to get used to it all, and you'd do it in bits of pieces.
I'd probably give it another six months of roleplaying, and he probably won't see Gaia's culture or women as being nearly as strange as him.
He still thinks mustaches are ludicrous though.
