Sammy looked at who he had called. "Out of ALL of those numbers, you had to pick THAT one?!" she cried, jumping high for the phone. A voice came from the other line. "Sammy? Is that you? Have you made your decision?" The male voice asked, sounding very excited. She jumped really high, managing to snatch the phone. She groaned. "Great! Now I have to talk to 'im..." she sighed, glaring at Mr. Dark.

Another large BANG sound is heard as Tommy comes in. Right next to Sammy, whose on the phone. "hey everyone." Tommy said. "anyone wanna battle ma pokemons?" he asked hopefully, sounding not english (?).

Sammy glared again at Mr. Dark, holding the phone up to her ear. She started blushing uncontrollably. "H-Hello? Mitch? Ye-eah.. It's me... I know I said when I talked to you next I'd give you the answer, b-but... I need more time, please? I promise I'll visit Slateport and tell you soon. N-No! I'm not saying no! Oh god, I'm not saying no... I just... Need more time... Okay. Say hi to the folks. Don't worry; I think I've almost gotten it figured out. Okay. Bye," she sighed, closing the phone. She looked down at the ground. "I guess I did ask for it. Now I guess I'll have to go to Slateport sooner than later..." she groaned, shaking her head. "Hey Tommy," Sammy greeted.

Tommy started teasing Sammy, albeit he's still younger than her. Plus she's stronger. "who was that on the phone? Wait, wait, I bet Dark knows." Looking at Dark, he asks "So who was that?"

Sammy made a whimpering face at Mr. Dark, collapsing onto the couch in a pouty manner. "Nooooo... I'm not ready for it... Darn you! I wanted more time... But, alas, I can't keep him waiting. I guess it's a good thing, in reality... Thanks, Mr. Dark..." she sighed. She really did need to talk to Mitch again-- It had been over a year since they made the promise.

Tommy says very loudly "WE SHOULD BATTLE! LIKE A REMATCH!! Oh wait, are there even any refs on?" Tommy now goes all inquisitive.

Tommy sees Arreku wake up, walks over to him, and starts shaking him by the shoulders madly. "Why couldn't you be a Damned ref already?!" Tommy says loudly as he shakes Arekku.
