 "Heila, Ebba!" she called her pokemon. They stared at her for their attention. "Ebba, use Psychic to move the rocks. Heila, destroy rocks with Shadow Ball!"

 After listening to the trainer asking for Pokemon that could dig, Day remembered all the times she had told Alex to use dig in battles. "Alex, could you please help dig through that wall? Careful not to cut your paws, though!" Day said.
Alex nodded and began to use his front paws to dig furiously at the wall, his orange fur turning more brown and matted the farther he got. It was easy to tell that he was focused only on digging by the way he stared at the mud and rock wall. Day worried about how long a bath would be needed to take care of that, but still smiled at how intent he was on digging through.

Liam used the time they had halted to slide off the wagon, stretching a bit before they were required to leave again. Thankfully it looked like no one was hurt (except the rockets, but at the moment Liam was holding a slightly childish grudge against them) which was good news. Running a hand through his hair, the healer gave a yawn, glancing around for Ridley and Soulcrusher. He located them not too far away, readying to leave again. Thankfully he had caught them before they had begun heading. Sliding onto Soulcrusher's back, he yawned again, resting against the rocket's back and falling asleep.

An hour or two later he woke up to find many of the trainers in a state of upset. The mine had been blocked, and the Rockets had apparently taken the tools with them. It would have to be done by hand. Well that was lovely... but apparently nothing could be done. Once again Liam slid off Soulcrusher's back, giving the beast a gentle pat before heading over to the mine entrance to survey the damage. Many of the pokemon seemed eager to help, some preforming rock smash, other moving them with their bare hands.
"... this was not in my job description," he murmured to himself, grinning in amusement. Bending down, he grasped one of the rocks tightly in his hands, tossing it a ways away before moving back to get more.
"We should call the labor union."

Heaache finally gone, Zen was content. Until he saw the entrance to the mines. "Oh screw me." He groaned, knowing Jen, his older sister figure, would vounteer himeself and her for the fist shift.
"Koori, Axel, let's go." He groaned, releasing the two. Axel yawned and stretched, but Koori just gave Zn a cool glare, and turend her head in disgust at Axel.
"Okay you tow, time to do some demolition..." He sighed, hopping out of the wagon, and coming to the entance.
"Koori, use Powder Snow, and Axel, use flamethrower."

Aaand the other trainers already started. Alastair watched anxiously, wondering if maybe the scientists could help out here. Just randomly digging, that could lead to another landslide. And he did not want to die in a landslide. He’d always hoped that he’d die doing something more… interesting. Ah well. Gotta do what you can. Taking off his shirt because he didn’t want it to get all icky and sweaty, he returned to the rock pile. Since he didn’t have awesome powers like pokémon, he had to grip the rocks with bare hands before tossing them aside.
In a way, it was comforting. Very mindless labor. His hands were busy, but his mind was free to contemplate exactly what they would find inside the cave. It had been a while since he did such pointless labor. His mind traveled briefly to Effie, hoping that her hand would be ok. He had warned her not to do something like this, which almost certainly meant she would be out here sooner or later. Pfft. Women. And what was she so mad about anyway? It was almost certainly just PMS, but why aim it at him? Was she just bitchy because he didn’t have a pair of matching ovaries and a uterus?
He tossed a rock aside and then went back for another, working in a silence that was most unlike him.
At his side, Rylee scurried back and forth, digging out rocks so his owner could cart them away. Whee! This was great fun! It was almost as much fun as painting, or so the cubone thought.

"Holy....ugh! DAMN ROCKETS!"
Walking over to the wall and towards everyone else, Jen glared at the thick mess that stood infront of them. Those buggers were really going all out to make sure they didn't follow...not that anyone was gunna give up that easily from the look of things.
"Lovely...just friggin' lovely! How the heck-" Her venting was cut off when the negtivity just seemed to disappear from her head. Glancing around with a confused expression, a teal, sheet-like body floated down and rested on his trainers' head with a satisifed expression on his face.
"Aden?"
"Shup!"
Shuppet fed off of negative emotions...that's right! And judging from his look, the little guy was pretty full.
"Hey buddy! How's about you and Aeon help us out? Demyx and Aura will lend a hand too."
Floating off of jen's head, the shuppet watched as she released the rest of her pokemon.
"Let's help out, guys!"
Aeon and Aura instantly dug into the thick mud while Demyx sprayed it away with Hydro Pump. Aden floated from trainer to trainer, munching on the negative emotions some were admitting while using Psychic to clear away the rocks.

Lock sat down near by. "Shimatta..." He rubbed his face, where the violin string had struck him for a moment. Faraon sat by him, loking confuse.
Adele chuckled and got up, shaking her hand. "Okay, its a deal..." He got off the wagon and blinked when he saw Lock sitting far from the blocked entrance. "....what the?" He walked over. "I would had think you would be the first to start working on this..."
"Shows how much you know..the first shift's would be the easiest. So if you and kira want to help, I'll recommend you to work now...the top ones will be easier to move, whille the ones on the back will be compacted into each other, which will take a lot of strengh to move....So I am just going to relax and wait for the next shift."
Adele just plain stares. "...I hate you..." He walked away and towards the entrance, mumbling under his breath.

 "Brick Break!" Fin called to her Delibird. "Brick Break! And again, Brick Break!" Caddie complied each time, karate-chopping large boulders with her short, thick wings, causing them to crumble into easily-swept-away pebbles. "Good girl, keep doing that," the trainer panted, struggling to move some of the smaller boulders away herself. She had to save her breath – she was fairly strong, and in pretty good shape, but, all the same, this was a tall order for anyone. But they had to get through and stop the Rockets. That thought kept Fin hauling boulders, though her arms were already beginning to ache.

Kira blinked and followed after Adele. "What's wrong? You look upset....." She reached forward and grabbed his arm, hugging it and giving him a small smile. Fuyuki appeared next to them, still looking pissed, but this time it was over the Rockets; Adele was the least of his worries at this point.

Feeling his anger being sapped from his body, Zen turned his head to a familiar teal sheet like pokemon. It was the Shuppet that Jen had caught earlier that day!
"Hey little buddy." He said, giving him a smile before moving another rock away from the slide. He wiped his brow with his forearm, and saw Alastair take his shirt off. That was actually a good idea...
"You two keep working, and Koori, switch to Ice Beam." He told his pokemon, before going back to his wagon and depositing his shirt next to his sleeping bag. He took the other two pokeballs that were nested in on his pillow, and smiled at them.
"Okay guys, work time." Armageddona and Sentret came out of their balls, both yawning. Apparently they had been napping.
"Armageddon, use Hyper Beam and Shadow Ball one after the other. And Sentret,come with me."
Going back to the mine entrance, Zen upheaved another rock, and held ito ut to Sentret.
"use strength to carry these, alright?"

Adele sighed. "Nothing...lets go help...." He hugged her gently and kiss her forehead. He looked at Fuyuki. "Lock is that way if you want to unwind yourself about your combine hatred of me?"

((This is for Kira since she wanted to RP with the scientists xD;; ))
All three scientists were huddled in the corner of the wagon they were in, they had been waiting out the pokemon attack. "I think I know why I like to study pokemon who died thousands of years ago now." One of them commented as the shuppet attack ended.

Luna was already at the site before the group arrived and was hard at work clearing the rubble. All of her team was out and helping in some way. ChuChu used her strength attack (Luna had stolen Jen's HM and used it on her own pokemon after her first match with Aeon). ChuChu tossed the rocks into another pile far away from the enterance. It probably did not help much, but at least she was doing something!
Albireo used his battered horn to drill through the larger rocks and break them up so that either Chirper, Prince, or Luna could carry them out. Nine moved some of the rocks using her disable attack, contributing to ChuChu's moved pile of rocks. Luna's persian, on the other hand, mearly sat suntanning. The persian did not want her coat dirtied by hard work.

Seeing that Daybreak wasn't going to move, much less help out with the digging, Piney had no choice but to release Era from her Pokeball. Even if the Swablu was disobedient during the Shuppet attack, things would go faster with her working on the rocks.
"Era, use Rain Dance!" She was hoping that the water would erode away some of the mud and quicken the process.
She nodded and fluttered up high into the air, and began fluttering around in a peculiar pattern. A small rain cloud formed over the blocked enterance, and water began pouring on the rocks and dirt.
"Ok, now Dragon Pulse the rocks away!" Piney commanded.
The Swablu dove down and took a deep breath. With an astonishing roar, she unleashed waves of energy that shattered smaller rocks and cracked the bigger ones.
There was still a lot more to go though. Neither of them looked forward to the rest of the day.

"Shupshup!" Hovering around, the little guy moved onward as another round of attacks went against the rock/mud wall. He did not wanna be caught in the middle of that!
Fixing her bandana as it began to slip, Jen wiped away the sweat forming as she pulled out stone after stone and tossed them into the forming pile behind the group. Her pokemon remained hard at work, keeping the same pace as the rest of the group.
"Demyx! Switch to Ice Beam and Aeon, you use Mega Punch to break apart the rocks he freezes!"
Both pokemon saluted.
"Aura, keep going, girl!" Jen laughed and stepped back to avoid the spray of mud as her Arcanine dug deeper and deeper. This was going good for the group; if they kept going, they may beable to hit the other side by sunrise!
Of course, knowing the rockets, they had traps or something on the other side.

Kazuki sighed as his pale eyes traveled over the mountain of debris the Rockets had created to slow them down. They had to clear all this? Ugh, awful. But, at least he had help. He pulled out Manami's pokeball and released her in a flash of red light. "Manami, break up the big rocks with your horn! If you do, later I'll give you some good food!" Honestly, he didn't know what to give her, but it worked nonetheless.
The hyper dewgong beamed happily at the prospect of food. "Dewwwww!!" She then turned to look at the rocks ruthlessly, and without mercy began drilling them to pieces as fast as possible. Kazuki sighed and started grabbing some and tossing them aside.
Ryou blinked, watching from a few yards away. Might as well help, he supposed. His eyed glowed blue as a dark blue aura surrounded lots of the rocks, and he carelessly flung them far off to the side, away from any unsuspecting trainers or pokemon.
Basil was having a grand old time, as he dug at the rocks and mud and dirt, flinging it back behind him as he continued furiously. No rock was too big or too heavy for the white arcanine, except.. the really big heavy ones. Those he had to leave to Manami, who eagerly set about shattering them to pieces.
