as far as i know theres only one person who was at anbu rank (becasue he didnt want to be a kage)
and as more of us get up in rank there will be more. i know if i make jounin rank, im going to try and be a medical specialist.
hopefully you can bring the anbu black ops back up (even create one if you arent in leaf village.)
the only time clans help is that there are some techniques that you can only get from them.

your starting out justu can be anything in under 1000 sp in the village you are starting out in. water walking is learned in the academy (which we all have to finish before we can go out and start RPing in the guild itself.)

I guess technically if he picks Water Walking...I don't think he would have to go to the academy since he learned a techinque already...

but what about all the other techniques? once you leave the academy you cant learn those techniques anymore unless they are from another member. the only person ive seen try that is sarafay (sp?) and i think it took her 2 or 3 weeks to get those techniques compared to the 2 or 3 days it took everyone else in the academy.

But that wouldn't be fair. I'd still go and learn a tech there for the fairness value.

the academy was set up like an intro course into the guild. with other members offering help and advice when people needed it.
then people started asking why couldnt they just hop on out. so, in keeping with the balance, those techniques are just like the village techniques (meaning you can only learn them in that one area.) but since the academy is pretty much a begining area its a one time only deal.
is it 800?

I understand that. I want to master everything in the academy before moving on. So if me getting Uzimaki Naruto Combo is cool than cool, If not I'll take water walking and then finish up the rest of the academy

Well I'm finished with the profile. I decided to take Dance of the cresent moon. Its only 700 sp and I have a sword so I hope its cool.

i dunno i was just curious.
that and usagi would do anything to stop the capture or conquer of the moon village. hes generally a good character but has his faults of being too easily emotionally manipulated and a couple others..
he might join if you can find some up with a way like that. if not hell fight to protect moon till he dies.
