@omega:My listing to them seems to have grown into an obsession i like the lyrics since for some strange reason i seem to be able to compare them to some of my problems sometimes. And the band i help to partly manage plays a lot of their songs in practise so its kind of mandatory i listen to them, but i choose too as well. My favorite is probably First Date or Roller coaster, i also like both Anthems and Dammit also oh and Easy Target...Sorry got carried away their, it cheers me up though, because im thinking about something i like...
this is a little random but as part of a compulsory school work shop we had to spend one morning (or afternoon) down at the local library in the lecture theater and listen to this exam success thing, and they did all sorts of techniques to relax and calm down in exams, and 'visualization' to visualize your self doing well in the exam, ect. i found some of it more useful when you have problems, since Kari and Emi are also upset/have problems to think about i figured I'd share this in case anyone ever wants to try it.
