Jack returned the hug and the small smile."It's okay Ashle.I somewhat know how you feel." he said as he looked at her,than at the ground.

((I HAVE RETURNED! I had an awesome day today! My best friend (who is also my second cousin) came over and we spent the day out. Claires is selling Alice In Wonderland merchandise because of the new movie and I got a necklace. When I get more money, I'm going NUTS! XD ))

Raven sighed deeply. Quitting, he knew exactly what she meant. Marcie had wondered what would happen if Two was killed; the Three of Spades would only take Two's place and would have to kill Raven to become an Ace. Raven's heart sank; the very thought of Two reminded him that he was bound to die very soon. Quitting the Suits was something he just could not do. Once a Suit, always a Suit; that's what they were constantly reminded when they were recruited. There was no way out. Even if they managed to escape, they would be hunted down and executed. The Jacks were very strict and would kill those that would spill the secrets of their organization to enemies, which is what lead the Ace of Hearts to his death.

The Ace tightened his lips, making the silence between him and Marcie heavy. "Once a Suit . . . always a Suit," he whispered, "That's why my friend is no longer with me." A sudden burning occurred in his eyes and Raven fought back tears.



Siyu sighed, looking down at his feet. "We do," he said quietly. "But please, don't see the Jack of Diamonds." Siyu's heart ached at the very thought of the Jack of Diamonds' punishments. He would not be merciful to Shinsei if he found out what they were truly up to when they were supposed to be working.

Ashle hugged him again. "It's okay, Jacky," she said, using her pet name for him.

Marcie sighed, she had somehow guessed the answer beforehand but couldn't help clinging to the last bit of hope that she had, of course it couldn't be that easy, it never was "I'm sorry for asking" she said in a small voice as she noticed the change of mood, she really didn't like upsetting raven, she would do anything to avoid that.

"Maybe you should get some rest, I can accompany to your room if you like" Marcie said a little louder looking up at raven, she was not smiling but nor was her face sad, but heart tightened as she saw Raven's vitreous eyes.

Elizabeth looked at the closed eyes of victor as he laid peacefully on the floor, had he fallen asleep? such a shame since she had put on the dress for him to see, she leaned on him without touching him and looked at his features once more, Elizabeth smirked and placed her lips softly on his for a short chaste kiss "I am back" she whispered against Victor's lips.
