how about give away real money as prizes if someone wins like if they win give them 10 dollars by money gram or mail it to them. anyways can my char tag al9ong with chie and leon

I think we should have a few listed, then like, a major event, like a scavenger hunt near the end.

A Scavenger Hunt sounds fun. I would like the goldfish scoop game and maybe some booths with different games like a shooting one and ring toss.

I was thinking of placing some booths [which you would basically go to and play on your own] with traditional games/things like catching goldfish, sparklers, maybe a stand with masks and a random ball box [like you pulled from in Persona 3] with "prizes" for certain numbers drawn.
There's also going to be music, including a Taiko [I think it's called] played by Kazuma, and some food stands and carnival games [which you'll operate and visit on your own]. What I'm thinking about, though, is a main attraction event everybody can compete in, or take part in. Almost like...if we played King's Game, with everybody involved and prizes for winners [but not the King's Game, since I'm not breaking that out yet].
Any ideas for that?

Now if only I can give it a twist...
@Necro: I like Scavenger Hunt for a day-long event, but I don't know how it would be pulled off fairly. I'm afraid somebody would just 'find everything' in a turn or three.
