She dabbed at a few spots of wet with the tank top before lookng up at Liam. "Yes, lets!" She said cheerily. "Water would probably short you out, so no shower. We should stick to a couch in front of a fire with some blankets or something." The bright haired girl paused and looked around. "Didn't I come here with a baby?"

"Pe'ee." Shammi said, leaning in and fingering her own gums. "No teefs." She looked somewhat depressed at that thought. Teeth were pretty.

Erishi blinked. "Oh. So hot chocolate and a war movie some other time, then. I was going to let you use my shower to heat yourself up quick, but I bet you'd short circut. Jenny even put a thing on the fireplace so it won't burn anything. You'll have to bring your cute kitten over sometime to play with Shammi." Beaming, she patted him on the cheek with her metallic hand before moving over to see Shammi.

"Naa Iiee." Shammi smiled, reaching over to pat Ike on the cheek much like Erishi would have. She looked up at the woman looming over her, one eye still focused on Ike.

"Hi, Shammers! Did you make a furry new friend?" She asked, apparently unaware that her tank top still hung from her hand.

Erishi blew them both a kiss. "Bai-Bai, my fluffy dah-lings!" She called, making Shammi wave at them. Shammi smiled.

"Baaai, Iiie!"

"Now, inside! My boobs are cold." With that, she padded back towards the main buildings.

Reid sat up atop his Mu's shoulders, humming happily. He'd woken up that morning and their home had been coated in the white fluffy cold stuff and now they were here and it was warm again! He'd gotten to fight off his siblings [well, his brother really as he and his sister had teamed up to fend of the hail of snowballs] and could now play in the sandbox, the best of both worlds!

Beneath him Chao was humming as well [to a completely different tune than her son] eyes sweeping over the still living grass, stepping into the green area was like stepping into another world, minus the exhaustion that came from world traveling.

Looking up she sighted a familar form atop the playground and raised her shoulders in a nudge, "hey Reid, lookee who it is."

"Hrm?" the firefly replied, pausing in his humming to look up. His eyes and torso lit up and he launched himself off his Mu's shoulders, "IKE!"

Flapping his wings as hard as he could he could Reid made his way over and up, managing a more-graceful-than-usual landing next to his friend, who he immediately hugged in greeting.

"How Ike?"

"Heya Liam," Chao greeted warmly, stepping over and joining the older man on the swings, brushing her down for once hair out of the way so she wouldn't sit on it. "How're you this fine day?"

"Reid good! Reid got'a d'fend off'a'fort today," Reid replied proudly, puffing out his chest slightly before leaning back against two of his hands, "wha's Ike be'n doin?"

The teen wasn't paying attention, having pulled down the skirt that was covering her jeans so that the lumps under her butt would stop hurting it she pushed off and began to pump her legs back and forth, gaining altitude.

"I've been good! It snowed today at home, which was nice, but then my kids decided I'd make a good target and... that wasn't so good. Three against one is never fair."

Reid looked up in the sky, eyes roaming over the fluffy shapes, "does Ike still like Ike's bass?"

The teen shuddered, "ugh, snow down anything is awful!" she agreed emphaticly.

At the sudden assurance that things were fine Chao glanced over. Extra assurance usually meant... the opposite. Or that something was worrying whoever had said it. Unless Liam just had a one track mind or something.

She hopped off the swing, tripped up the landing and fell on her butt. Unfazed she merely flopped onto her back and looked at Liam, though he was now upsides down, "did something happen?"
