Lorne walked fast down the hall, seeing Angel occupied with Andrew on the floor, Buffy next to him and some chick with them too. How many people were in this mansion?
"Angel...Angelcakes, Sweetness, I need to talk to you." he said quickly.

Angel looked up at Lorne, then back at Andrew and then at Buffy. "Can you handle this for a moment?" he asked quietly as if he didn't want it to be a big burden for her. He stood up and walked to Lorne, taking him further down the hallway.
"What's wrong?" he asked when they were out of earshot to the others.

Buffy nodded.
Then she looked down at Andrew. Well, gotta man-up.
And slapped him hard with her left hand across his right cheek. She winced at the "crack", and then the consequential red handprint.
"Andrew.... you up yet?"

Lorne was about to speak, but he cut himself off, hesitating. Even though they were out of ear-shot, he didn't feel comfortable in the middle of the hall talking about this. This was serious busines, it was a man's future, and he knew from experience that the only one who could do something about it was Angel. They had done business like this before...
Lorne grabbed Angel's shoulder and led him to his room, closing the door behind him. "You know that new guy lurking around the house?" he said immediately as he turned to Angel.

"Yeah, Atticus...what about him?" Angel gave a curious look to his long-time friend. "He seems trustworthy enough. I haven't really talked to him enough..."

Willow had been in Kennedy's room, without a break. She took a shower, it being mid-morning, and then headed out of the room, hungry as a large... um, a large something hungry.
Don't think on an empty tummy, Will, she scolded herself. She was now more worried and confused than ever...
And then she heard a slap and Buffy's voice, and she hurried down the hall. Buffy was leaning over a flat-on-the-floor Andrew, and one of the potentials was standing facing them, her back to Willow.
Willow approached them and stood just behing the blonde slayer, assuming it was one of the ones she wasn't familiar with, considering she had really been a mess lately.
"Buff, what's the hubbub, Bub?" She snickered. "Hubbub... Buff."

Buffy's eyes widened as she saw Willow standing next to Tara. And seemingly not noticing her.
"Uhhhhh....um..."
She didn't know what the hell to do. Tell a joke?
Buffy opened her mouth, and out came, "ANGELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!".
She smiled sickly at Will.

"It's not trusting him that I'm worried about." Lorne mentioned. He sighed as he rubbed his temples and then looked back up at his friend. "I overheard him humming today, and I saw what I probably wasn't supposed to see..."
Lorne looked glanced back at the door when she heard Buffy's voice calling for Angel. He sighed.
"The point is, that boy is in danger. I don't know what's going to happen...only that these people that are after him...are not demons, and they are not pissed off...they just want him..."

Phoenix has finished making brunch. She'd woken up early, made some coffee, then gone with Connor to get milk. Coming home, she'd worked out in the basement a bit, then showered.
Seriously, this s**t here is boring, she thought huffily. Tonight, I patrol.
She set out a nice display on the table, with platters of all sorts of food. It was nice, she realized, proud of herself.
"Pretty pretties," she said to the nobody in the room.

Angel was adjusting his coat sleeve when Lorne got to the part about seeing something he wasn't supposed to. Angel looked back up at his friend, wondering.
"Are you su..." he started until he heard Buffy's voice calling his name down the hallway. He looked back to Lorne, wanting him to finish since he was being 'called upon'.
"Danger...well...I'm sure now that he's in this mansion with all of these potential slayers, he should be fine then, right?" he didn't give Lorne the time to answer. "We won't disregard this vision..." he mentioned. "I will keep an eye out for anyone who doesn't belong here, and make sure he doesn't leave here alone, how's that?"
Again, not wanting to keep Buffy waiting-since her voice sounded urgent-he patted his friend's shoulder and left the room, heading back down the hallway. "What's wrong?"

Buffy watched in dismay as she saw the exact moment Willow recognized her one true love. She flicked her eyes at Angel, sending a "Do something" look.

Oz glances at Willow.
"I don't know what happened, Willow. He looked at me and just...." His mind retracted the moment Buffy and Xander saw him, as a girl. He figured, whomever this girl is, they knew her and were all in shock.
Oz turns to face Willow, hoping she can make sense of this situation. He can tell from the surprised eyes staring back at him that she also knew who this girl was. But, unlike everyone else, Willow's eyes seemed....different. Was she...crying?
"Willow? Are you okay?"
Oz slowly rests his hand onto Willow's shoulder.

MAYBE SHE LIKES IT. HE GRINS. HE GLANCES AT HIS WATCH. A LITTLE AFTER TEN A.M. WHAT WAS HE GOING TO DO AFTER BREAKFAST? HIS BOREDOM WAS A PALPABLE THING, HE IMAGINED, SURROUNDING HIM IN A CRAPPY-COLORED AURA OF... BOREDOM.
HE LEANED OVER THE TABLE, GRABBING A COOLING SLICE OF HALF-COOKED BACON... JUST HOW HE LIKED IT. CRUNCH.

Faith stayed the night out, looking and searching for a demon to kill. She found a local demon bar, but found no answers to any of her questions, so she left, heading back to the mansion.
She walked in smelling the food, and headed towards the kitchen. She noticed all the plates of food on the table, and smiled at Phoenix and Connor.
"Nice job you two."
Faith smiled as she disappeared out of the kitchen and up the stairs quickly passing everyone, and headed to her room, locking the door behind her.
