Jay had the rollerblade option on, and was skating slowly along the port, watching the ships, his jacket hood up and covering his blonde hair. He moved rather gracefully, as Jay had always loved going fast and as he wasn;t a runner he thought skating would be better, and had skarted since he was eight or nine.

He didn't notice Asher as he sought out the ship bound for Gambino, a small ugly ship that had already started to let it's passengers on.
'well here goes' he thought solemnly. kicking the skates up and walking up onto the boarding plank, silent as he got his ticket from his pocket.

WHen the ship finally set out, Jay was up on deck, leaning against the side of the boat as he gazed out at the glittering ocean. He loved the ocean at night, it calmed him immensely. He still had no clue he was being tracked, and sighing softly, his warm breath coming out in clouds against the cold night air, took out his cell and switched it on.

He noted all the calls and glowered at his phone, Koe had told Nishi about his plan.

The boat docked and Jay waited for everyone else to get off before he did, he felt odd, like something was hanging over him and studying his every move. He looked around once and still not spotting anything, kicked his skates out when he touched land.

He shoved his hands in his jacket pocket and skated swiftly out of the dock, bracing himself against the cold night air as he started towards the streets. He stopped outside a street called 'The Glades' it was totally inhabited by Merlins keeping up with traditions, as the land was owned by the Merlin Family. He gazed a the white walls at the end of the street, those walls held the sanctuary.

Jay skated over to the gates, the street was dark, lit only by a few streetlamps. He pushed the gates open and peered in at the perfectly kept, japanese style garden. The buildings were built in japanese fashion aswell, about six of them were in the grounds inall. each large.

The garden was lit by fireflies and paper lanterns as he entered. Then he froze when he saw Ru staring at him from the deck of the building a few good feet from the gate.

"ah Jay, you've returned" he said, his tone pleasant but laced with a mailcious tone. Jay stood still staring at his uncle, his uncle advanced and pushed the younger against the wall.

"you came back even after i banished you! you know the punishment for that Jay?" he asked, roughly grabbing Jay's collar and pinning him to the wall, a smirk on his features.

"u-uncle don't..."

Ru let Jay slide down the wall and he turned to stare at Asher, this must be who Jay had defied him with. He thought as he calmly studied the blonde vampire stood before him, he wasn't human, Ru realised quickly as Jay sat on the ground, his knees to his chest as he stared at Asher in confusion with a slight hint of delight.

"Asher..." he whispered happily, despite him having been pinned painfully to the wall just a few moments before. Jay wasn't very shaken.

"shut up Jay! you will leave, you're trespassing" Ru ordered and Jay went silent, a reflex that was instinctly within him when around his uncle. Ru glared at Asher, his back to Jay.

Jay's eyes glazed over as he leaned his head back against the wall, he felt hot all of a sudden and he was sure Asher had something to do with it. But all he had said was his name...was he really that powerful?

Ru looked back at Jay, who was in a slight state, that Asher frequently managed to put him in and was currently absent from their conversation, he was lost in his own little world of pleasure for the time being, his hands digging into the grass below.

"you have no right to interfer with this, Jay is under my control and my protection! how dare you!" Ru spat out angrily, his fists clenching at his sides. He had a very bad temper, and Asher was rousing it out of him.

"he will not be a mere servant! he will succee--" Ru was cut of from his rant by Asher grabbing his face, then he felt a sharp pain in his neck and his eyes widened in shock. It hurt him, but he didn't struggle, he was too shocked to do that.

The contact with the ground when he fell winded him and he lay on the grass, watching as Jay was lifted out of his control.

Jay blinked when he felt a warmth against his side and he blearily looked up at Asher, his face flusshed a pretty shade of pink.
"Asher..?thank you..for protecting me.." he whispered ,leaning up to kiss the vampire on his cheek.

Jay sighed when he felt normal again, it had been weird feeling all lusty when no one had done anything to set him off. He snuggled into Asher's hold, letting a sigh escape his soft lips.

"I wanted, to prove to myself that I was able to stand up to him...." he whispered, Jay hadn't heard Asher's declaration of his status so he was still being his same old oblivious self.
"and I was angry that he'd got to you through me"
