Hisoka sighed softly as he led Tsuzuki back towards the Nest, his hand shyly moving to take Tsuzuki's.

...It'd really, really be best not to make a big deal about it. Because a big deal could lead to further snarls and embarassment and no matter how cute that blush was, growls weren't great.
Pretending he almost didn't notice but acutely aware of every minute movement, he took Hisoka's hand in return. Here's where he should... should start talking about the weather. Or... or sweets. Or something else... But silence was just too sweet itself at the moment. Too precious to be broken.

The pair walked in silence back to the Nest, making their way through the forest-- which appeared to be more of a happy, spring-ish grove this time-- and then Hisoka had to relinquish Tsuzuki's hand in favor of opening the door.

A spectacularly strange and none too flattering adjective for the front door crossed Tsuzuki's mind the moment Hisoka chose to open it instead of hold hands; for the sake of censorship, it will remain a mystery.
Once inside, the puppy found himself once again wondering just how big the nest could possibly be, and in addition, just how many people could live there unnoticed....

Hisoka led Tsuzuki through the halls, making their way towards raven's office. Upon reaching the door, the kitten knocked quietly.
"Come in," raven called, sighing as she crossed out another paragraph.
Sighing, Hisoka opened the door, and motioned for Tsuzuki to follow him in.

Peeking in cautiously before following, Tsuzuki glanced about the room with a curious sort of air, attempting to pick up some hints about raven through her choices in interior decoration. It'd probably be considered impolite to speak first, anyway.

raven's office appeared to be as mercurial as the rest of that strange household, as nothing seemed to be too static-- except for a framed picture on the wall of a boy with long, silver hair and golden eyes. Every time Tsuzuki thought he knew what the house held within its walls, a shift happened, and the desk he'd been staring at became a table covered in graffiti, a computer desk, a rock...
Even the bookshelves refused to conform to a single vision. One moment the dark wood shelves would be littered with fantasy and sci-fi-- the next, the metal cabinets were covered with mysteries and romance novels.
At the center of it all, raven sat and glared at the paper in her hand, seemingly ignoring the ever-changing pen in her hand. "What is it, Hisoka?" she asked looking up before realizing that they had a guest. "Ah, Tsuzuki. Come to visit?" she smiled, rising from her desk/rock/table/thing...

I'm going to be seasick, Tsuzuki moaned silently, careful to keep the thought to himself. This was way weird. Like something from a dream, only in dreams you just accepted the way things were but here... here... ow.
"Hi," he greeted finally, a tad bashful still about never having met the girl, "Just thought... it might be nice to meet you finally," he rambled on, still somewhat distracted by the room itself.

raven blinked at Tsuzuki's distraction before rolling her eyes slightly. "Don't mind the room-- it's still deciding what it wants to be right now," she sighed before pressing something in her pocket. The room's rapid changes abruptly came to a halt, leaving a stylish dark wood desk, matching bookshelves, a leather chair, a fireplace behind the anthros, wooden floors with dark green rugs... the works. "Sorry about that. It's nice to see you again, Tsuzuki," she shrugged absently before realizing she'd never met Tsuzuki face to face. "I mean... nice to meet you."
Hisoka gave Tsuzuki a LOOK like 'just watch yourself'.

((Ugh. Sorry about that =_=; Got called by the large gathering of FullMetal Folly RPers that are congregated in Baltimore for Otakon--they wanted to include me in their crackish chat gonk ))
Decided... what it... the room was conscious? Oh... oh Hell... Shrugging off her initial odd greeting (Jan had been party to a similarly strange sort of 'hello', it didn't seem all that odd to him) he instead smiled and bowed slightly in a gesture of deference, "I'm really just interested in finding out more about you," he admitted cheerfully, "If you're wondering at all why I came, that is."

raven gave the wolf a slight smile, shuffling the papers she'd been working on. "Really? I find that slightly amazing-- there's not much to say about myself, really."
Hisoka inwardly grimaced slightly, but didn't mention anything aloud. He'd learned a while ago it was much safer to keep your mouth shut.

"Oh, come now. You don't really mean to tell me that you think that everything's going to go badly, do you?"
"Why are you following me around? Did my father--"
"Put me up to this? Of course not. But I think we should speak, don't you?"
"...why?"
"Aren't you curious as to what's really going on here?"
"Not especially."
"You're lying again. Why don't you just admit that you're as curious as anyone else?"
"I'm not! I'm not curious-- I don't want to know what's going on here."
"Of course you do. You just don't want to admit it."
"No, I don't!" Draco snarled as he jerked away from Muraki's touch. "So leave me alone!"
"If you didn't want to know, you wouldn't have come down here in the first place," Muraki countered with that cold, calm smile. "Now don't you think you should calm down a bit?"
"Stay away from me!"
"I'm not moving, am I?"

Assuming she was playing at humble, Tsuzuki merely shrugged in return, "Well, there's the Nest that sort of grabs attention for one... Kind of hard to not be curious about the owner when the property gets up to such strange activities, ne?"

raven smiled at that. "I think my Domain's about as mercurial as I am, really. Outside of my Domain, I don't have very much power, but here... it's my world," she shrugged lightly, "so, I let the land do what it wants in regards to the security measures."

Asteil swallowed hard before knocking on the blackwood door covered in natural ivy shaped patterns. "B... Balin?" he asked softly, wondering how many mistakes this happened to be. "I... uh... wanted to talk to you..." he called, already regretting coming here.
Balin sighed softly before opening the door. "Yes, Asteil?" he asked, his mind already contemplating what was going on. Asteil's worried expression spoke volumes-- and each volume happened to be clearly marked "Atticus Was Here".
Wonderful.
Managing a faint smile, Asteil shifted nervously. "I... um... wanted to ask you a question, Sir. I... ah... spoke with your Beta... and he mentioned something about my amnesia... and maybe being able to help me... remember things?" he began cautiously. When it became apparent that Balin was waiting for a further explanation, Asteil chewed his bottom lip for a moment before continuing. "I... um... mentioned to him that maybe... it couldn't hurt...."
"So why are you here?" Balin cut to the point. While he didn't mind long, rambling conversations, when one reached a certain age, they just gave up on listening and wanted the facts laid out before them.
"I was wondering... if you thought it was safe... and just thought... you maybe should know?" Asteil asked.
"Well then. Thank you for letting me know what Atticus is up to, and I believe it's about as safe as anything Atticus does," Balin shrugged slightly. "Which isn't saying much, but it's about all I can say. He takes chances on everything."
Asteil nodded slowly. "...thank you," he murmured before slipping away again.
I almost feel sorry for you, Balin thought to himself, shaking his head slightly.
