Luthien looked at her with hopefullness. "I'm not entirely sure what my power is.. it's sort of like manipulation of wind but i can also conjure thunderstorms and things like that " Luthien said as she watched Kana thrust upward, and the butterfly flying away.

Kana's eyes widened slightly, and her eyes jerked from the fading butterfly back to Luthien. "...really?" she asked, and then grinned broadly. "My power is wind manipulation, so I might really be able to help!" She paused, her ears drooping suddenly as she looked back to the ground. "But we don't.. have enough people to learn the same way I did, and I don't know if I'd be able to teach it.." She fell silent, trying to recal the exact order of things and how they'd gone during her training. It was difficult.

Luthien, for once in her life even for a brief moment , truly happy. She had never met anyone with the same powers as her before, with this news she didn't feel quite as alone in the world as she had once felt. " we should at least try, there's no harm in that, and if we don't suceed that's okay, at least we have the satisfaction of trying!" she said enthusiastically, she was willing to do anything to be able to control her powers.

Kana bobbed her head up and down, breaking from her thoughts. "Well, they started by making me get a full night's rest. Then they came and picked me up in the morning and we went to the arena. After I got the basics down, I had to fight each of them in turn. There were three. At the end, I fought the one who was my main teacher. It was... terrifying." Her eyes widened, as if she was recalling a horrible event, and then she pushed it away. "So do you want to start tomorrow? I can try to remember how exactly I learned overnight."

((it's alright i kinda dissapeared for awhile too, night!))
Luthien nodded her head vigorously(( i'm not sure if that's spelled right and I forget the correct spelling for that word, obviously >< so sorry if it's spelled wrong)) "tommorow is great! " she said a little on the over enthusiastic side but she couldn't help it, she'd been waiting for something like this for a long time, and maybe just maybe she'd be able to learn to control her powers, and be able to use them for good and help people instead of the destruction and bad things she'd caused accidently.

Kana smiled, then pushed herself up to her feet, peering around herself. "Well then," she began. "We should meet at the arena tomorrow, kinda early. I'm gonna go try to remember how they did it!" She laughed, and backed up a few steps, then paused and stared at Luthien, still smiling. "Is that ok with you?" Hopefully it was. She was kind of excited herself. She'd get to do for someone else what someone had done for her!

Luthien stood up and nodded her head. "yup that's okay with me" she said smiling looking foreward to the next day. " Tommorow, early, arena." she repeated to herself to make sure she wouldn't forget. "see you then" she said smiling at Kana. She was becoming unbelievably excited about this, an emotion she hadn't felt for the longest time.

Kana smiled, bobbing her head up and down a little too over-enthusiastically. So much that her ponytail began to loosen even further, risking falling down entirely. Already large pieces of hair had slipped loose and now rested around her shoulders. Yet, she paid it no mind, and just beamed happily at Luthien. "Ok!" she cried. "I'll go research!" And with that, she bounded off in some seemingly random direction. To the woods, maybe? Or the training hall? Or perhaps to her room to rest up? She wasn't yet sure.

Aurek walks across the courtyard. The place is pretty, not terribly pretty - she didn't like flowers too much - but the atmosphere was nice. No wonder Bialy moved to the forest. Aurek didn't really understand the forest, but she imagined it looked like this.
The fountain caught her eye. She stood underneath it, looking up as water dripped down from on high. The light outlined the pegasus' majestic muscles as it reared up. She loved the water. If only she could reach out and touch it without either shocking herself or causing damage to the fountain. All she could do was look up at it, her envy of the water made worse by the pegasus' large stone wings, spread out as if taunting her. It reminded her of Dobry, fanning his wings out to mock her. He did have beautiful marble feathers, though. Just like the pegasus here.

Ellie was walking through the rain, for once she wasn't wearing what she normally was supposed to. Her fake glasses were in her dorm room along with her many uniform outfits, she didn't care right now. She was just kicked out of her house because she had bad grades, her father didn't even care. Her demon side was radating through her normally grayish eyes, but even they were covered by her soft black hair. To top it all of she was wearing a pair of slightly baggy jeans, a grey hoodie pulled over her head and was barefoot. It was true it was the easiest way to catch a cold when it was rainging and be so exposed, but right now Ellie was crying. She didn't care about getting sick or the fact that she was already dripping wet, having not put up the hood untill after her whole body was soaked in a fresh layer of rain.
She set down on the ground, feeling that if she walked anymore she might collapse, and she didn't want to have to deal with that. She did look slightly akward sitting down on the courtyard, barefoot, in the pouring rain, with her face not visable. She was ashamed, she hadn't done a damn thing right at her old home, but she loved her parents...wasn't love enough anymore?

Dinin blinked repeatedly as yet another droplet of water splashed upon his eye. He turned his gaze from the dark sky and prepared to leave his shoddy shelter of trees to make a run for the dorms. He wrapped his thick rain coat tightly around himself and pulled up his hoody's hood, then darted from under the trees cover. Almost immediately after leaving his shelter, Dinin spotted a girl on the ground not too far away.
"Hey, are you alright?" Dinin asked as he slowly approached her. "You really shouldn't be out right now, you'll catch a cold." He took off his rain coat, crouched down next to the girl, and placed his raincoat on the girl. "Do you live in the dorms? I'll be glad to walk you there if you'd like."

Ellie was surprised when she felt something touch her skin lightly, it felt like cloth or something. She stopped crying and sniffling as she looked up to a boy around her age, or probably younger standing by her. She wasn't sure why he would be concerened with her, though then again her normal mind was messed up due to last nights long events that had strung into today. She snuggled herself into the raincoat before finding words to speak, water still dripping down her hair and face and leaving marks on her clothing. "I don't want to go to my dorm room" she muttered quietly, which was the truth because there was a chance her father might still be there unpacking her things for her new 'home'.
She didn't want to seem rude to the boy who was being nice though, she wasn't sure what to say at the same time however, words not very eaisly forming right now. She tugged on his shirt though as she pulled him into a hug, she did want to leave the rain though.

Dinin's eyes grew wide as the girl pulled him into a hug and he experienced an unfamiliar feeling in his body that made it feel as though his heart had skipped a beat and his face as though it was burning up as a deep blush appeared on his face just barely noticeable in the dark and through the rain. "Why don't you want to go to your dorm?" Dinin asked, his eyes grew soft and he wrapped his arms around the girl.

Ellie felt warm from the hug, the after effects of it still fresh on her body, the special feeling that came only for her with hugs. She opened her mouth to explain why she didn't when she heard the familar voice suddenly next to them.
"El! I was looking for you sis" a girl said and Ellie lightly sighed as she slowly glanced up. Her sister, was seventeen years old, had brown hair, was a neko, and very flirty. She loved her and all, but usually her sister was drunk, now she looked only slighty tipsy. "Hey Rikku" she said softly as she broke away from the hug so that he could see her sister if he wished. She was pretty tall, though then again Ellie was younger so she was shorter, and had a firm obession with strawberries. She was wearing a black coreset top, and a black leather-like skirt, along with stockings and heels. She had a stawberry necklace that was dangling against her neckline, and her ears perked up upon seeing the boy.
Rikku bent down as she waved and gave a cheeky smile "Hey! My name's Rikku, nice to meet you" she said.

Dinin turned around and inspected the new girl. She was older, much older, than him and seemed to be a very interesting person. His stood up and turned to face Rikku and bowed low. "My name is Dinin. It's nice to meet you as well." Just as he stood up, Dinin felt a fourth presence approaching and knew immediately who it was. "And the person approaching now is my brother Kaizen, though most simply call him Kai."
"What are you doing Dinin? You are not bothering these nice women now, are you?" Kaizen walked up to stand next to his brother with a look of absolute seriousness etched permanantly into his face. "Why is it that you all are out here when it's raining so heavily and coldly? You'll all catch a cold." Despite his words, Kaizen was probably the worst off being in only boxers and a pair of loose jeans, no shoes, shirt, umbrella, anything besides the two articled of clothing.
