"Get out...?" Elva spoke with tears in her eyes. "Wh-?" She cut off quickly as she caught a glimsp of her sister's crimson eyes. Her breathing haltered as she slowly got up from where she had knelt down, her eyes stunned with horror as thoughts ran through her head. "She's turning into something I never thought I would see..." Like me... Was her last thought as she slowly began to back away from her, keeping her gaze upon her, as she stumbled to let out a couple words of concern. "Dur-Durtihill... we need to leave. Just like she said." She spoke as her hands continued to tremble, swallowing hard as turned to look away, to run away. I'm sorry Shiero... I'm sorry..! The thought ran loudly through her head as she began to run as fast as she could, leaving Durtihill and Raine there.
For a moment, a sign of worry fell back to her lips as the picture of Durtihill ran through her mind. He needs to get away... he has no idea what he's going to be up against. I knew I should have stayed like him, but I know Raine wanted me to leave, no, wanted all of us to leave..."

"No." Durithill said simply. Instead of leaving like he was told, he pulled Raine into a hug. "I can't..." he whispered softly into her ear. "I just... can't..." he said, and a single tear fell from his eye onto her shoulder. "I can't leave you."

"L--l..ea..ve...." She managed to breathe. Elva was smart and knew exactly what was happening to her.. but Durithill on the other hand. Duirthill! Leave now! You must! The screamed internally. Another painful gasp of air was taken in as the pained spots on her body began to increase with pressure. She was crying from pain inside, both physically and emotionally. She didn't want to see injured... not in anyway.. No.. That would break her heart. Just run!

"I can't leave you Raine." Durithill said again not moving. "I don't know what is happening to you and I don't care. I just... I just cannot bring myself to leave you here..." he said, his voice sounding like he was fighting hard to keep it calm.

Heavy pants of pain fell from her mouth followed by a loud gasp as a the frame of a pair of large, leathery wings protruded from her back. The other aching areas on her body had also a similar reaction; a long set of solid horns emerged and followed the curve of her skull. Shiero was screaming in pain as she held onto him tightly. Please.. please, just run! The rims of her tightly closed eyes allowed a warm, salty tear to roll down the side of her face. It wasn't from the pain... she just couldn't bare knowing might happen to him.

Durithill could not hear her, but he would not have moved anyway.

Her nails began to lengthen. Shiero no longer had any control over her body, as much as she wanted to pul away from him to keep him from harm, she couldn't. The tips of her sharp nails were beginning to dig into the skin beneath his clothing as a sharp scream of pain wailed from her throat; and just as it came... it disapearred.
Collapsing in his lap, Raine's body felt horribly weak; limp. Her panting was heavy. H--how.. She stuttered in thought. How could the transformation just have.. stopped? Never once had it done that... never..
Shiero had regained control of her body, allowing her to make the actions she wanted and though she could speak, it was difficult. "I told you.. to run..." She managed to breath passed her lips.

"And I told you, I can't leave you Raine." Durithill said.

{Hey Seraph, you like long posts so I'd thought I'd give you one... XP}
Elva stopped running as a squeek of noise reached her ears. A baffled expression rushing to her face, she quickly turned around to see a dark shadow flying towards her. Squinting her eyes to see the figure more clearly, the animal cried again in its tongue. This time, Elva's eyes widen as she extended her arm into the arm, a small creature lowering itself to land on Violent's arm. As Elva felt the small prickle of the bird's claws dig into her skin, a weak smile passed her lips, as well as a soft chuckle. "Where have you been all this time Mid-" Suddenly, she was interupted, her mouth wide open as she listened to the bird quick and short cries.
Before the bird could stop, Elva quickly turned around, her face now resuming to its worried state as she ran as fast as she could towards where she had come from. Shiero... The name passed her mind as she continued to run. The transformation stopped... Raine, awake, control... The bird had spit out at her through its mouth, as it clenched tightly onto Violent's arm, to keep from falling off.
Out of breath, coming to a stop, her heart beating loudly, Violent noticed Raine and Durtihill there. But, to her eyes, that was not Shiero. That was not her sister. What had she turned into? But most importantly, why had the transformation stopped when it was so close to being complete? All these thoughts rushed through her head. Without another moment to waste, Elva jumped towards the two, kneeling down, placing her left hand against her shoulder. "Shiero... Raine..." She spoke softly, as she took a short glance towards Durtihill.
She quickly looked away as a small tear ran down her face. "I'm sorry I left, but you-you said-" She cut off there, lowering her head as she clenched her other fist, fighting to hold back more tears. "I'm sor-sorry..." She spoke as she slammed her fist into the ground. "I should have stayed, like Durtihill but I-" She stopped again, suddenly going silent...

[XDD I usually post longer, but I think I need a little more information to work with. XDD]
"I--I don't... understand...." She whispered weakly as the blood from where her wings protruded from her back had slowly slipped down her spine and down her sides. She shivered in what seemed like the first time in her life. "How could.. it.. have..--" She fell silent and closed her eyes.
Hearing her sister's voice and feeling her gentle, warm hand, Raine's eyes peeked open to look at her. Shaking her head, she spoke quietly. "Don't--.... I told you.. to run.." Only then did she take a swift gasp of air to fill her lungs. Once again, her eyelids began to ease shut... she was weak...

"No one blames you for leaving, Violent." Durithill said, looking up at her. His eyes were filled with concern for Raine. He turned to look at Raine again.

{Yeah, I know... but oh well.}
Hearing Durithill's faint voice with his comforting words, Violent unclenched her fists and let a weak smile pass her lips. Turning her head towards her, she spoke softly. "Thank you-" She cut off as she heard her sister's words, then her gasp for breath. A sign of worry fell into her eyes as she glanced upon her sister's now gently closing eyes. "Durithill... what should we do...?" She spoke with concern as she looked over at him with her gentle, but scared eyes...

Durithill sighed and closed his eyes breifly as he thought. "I don't know." he said, opening his eyes again. "We need to make sure she's alright though." He put his arms under Raine and gently lifted her into the air. "Can you use the Master Element?" he asked Violent, looking at her.
