The cop pulled out a radio and immediatley reported X and the guns, asking for immediate backup. He carried on after him, trailing from behind.

*she steps out of her apartment, watching as the police officer chased the man. now was her chance. she had to chose. stay in hidng, or fight for supers rights? her shyness got the best of her, and she turned to go back in side, hesitating a she reahces for the door knob*I cant keep hiding..

Erik saw the cop following Xavier. They already knew he was a super because of his escapade at the Dementia. He didnt know whether or not Xavier was a Super, but he knew the other guy was a cop, and why not eliminate someone working for the government?
He was following the cop, but acting causual. He put his hands into his pocket and felt his gun.

X laughs to himself as he walks towards his house, followed by the cop, though the cop thinks X doesnt notice him. As soon as X walks up the path of "his house", he hears sirens and muters, "oh great... another run in with the citys finest." It takes only ten seconds more for him to hear a shout from outside, "YOUR SURROUNDED! COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP! AND DONT MAKE US SHOOT YOU!" X comes out of his house with his hands up with a devilish smirk on his face. The cops pointed their guns at him and he continued just to smile. It all happened in three to four seconds, one, X snaped and his body was engulfed by a devilish blue-black flame, two, the cops started shooting at X, three, X killed all the cops by burning them from the inside out. After this X just shruged and walked into "his house" muttering, "thought that would be harder..."

((alright how bout this))
unbeknowing to X a lone survivour had called back-up and X was too wiped of power for killing the new group of cops. he hears the same call, 'your under arrest for killing of officers' he groans and slowly walks out of "his house"

((Well...
The Moderators are the ones who play the NPCs, that makes the role-plays easier to follow and it stops people from God-modding. You also have to record your hit points and power uses, which you didnt do. If you used a power to save yourself from those shots that the cops took at you, you need to mention that, if not, you need to take away the appropriate Hitpoints, and NPCs also have certain amounts of hitpoints, so you wouldnt be able to kill them in one post.
And to ED, sorry if I overstepped my boundries as a normal member sweatdrop ))
