Me with my guitar.
I'm not quite sure what year it was made in but... sometime in the 1960s? Early 60's.. or late 50's because this particular model was discontinued in 1970.

Epiphone Granada. <3

Wow, you don't see those very often... my old guitar teacher had a Gibson that looked similar. I love archtops, never could keep mine from getting smashed up or stolen though.

That is one hell of a nice guitar.

Did I post this here before? No idea.

The amp's a Vox Pathfinder. I run my signal through an Electro Harmonix Double Muff, then into a wah pedal that isn't too broken.

Yep, that's the Thai Red Bull on the floor. That stuff's bad news if you get it by the case.

I gotta take new pics. This one's just gross.

Thanks =3

I took it in and had it fixed up quite a bit. It was in a closet for like twenty years because my dad didn't use it and finally I just took it in and got it new frets, got the pickguard re-attached (though theres still a large crack in it), fixed the pickups, new strings..

It plays really nicely.. can't beat a classic. They just don't make 'em the same =) Maybe I'll put some more pics up.

The Pathfinder sounds gooooood! Really brilliant highs, decent low-end (for a 15-watt), nice tone, not cheesy at all.

The crazy thing is, I've actually played outdoor shows with just the Pathfinder! I had the volume turned up slightly over halfway, and I was perfectly audible over the drums. A lot of people say similar things; this is a loud amp for the wattage.

My one major beef with the Pathfinder: once, when I was practicing in mid-summer, in an upstairs loft which offered no AC or other ventilation (it was like 100 degrees up there) the Pathfinder simply would not turn on. No power whatsoever. It might have been an issue with the wiring of the house itself, but in a few hours, it worked fine. I think it was the heat. I could barely move, it was so freakin hot up there.

I'm thinking about getting a Vox 2x12, since the Pathfinder also has an 8ohm external speaker output as well as a recording/phones out. However, that might be a bad move as I live in an apartment and whenever I drink (every damn day), I like to play loud music. Surprised the Pathfinder hasn't gotten me in serious trouble yet.

The other amp... lemme think... "Westbury"? I think. Some no-name frankenstein amp I was using for a while. I gave it to my girlfriend's brothers, to see if they could use it/fix it.

Here are some pictures of The Gibson Epiphone Special Edition That I play. They arent the greatest pictures. Neither of the pictures show what color it REALLY looks like. Its more of a Dark blood Red. But oh well.
My Amp is partially in the picture too. Its just a 40 Watt Marshall.
