Cy laughs, as does Rayne. Rayne covers his mouth and looks up at Wind. "I'm sorry but..." he breaks out laughing again.

"It's his pet sentence. He says it'll be my fault if he gets 'hetero cooties'." Flower tries to say the new words, but mutilates them a bit, to the point where Wind ends up laughing at her pronunciation.

They leave the dormitories and begin to head over to the club. Cy keeps his arm possesively around Flower as other men begin to eye her.

Just before they walk into the building, Flower raises her arm and Poe swoops down on it, scarring the crap out of some unsuspecting people. While the bystanders start to whisper about hawk brothers, the bird who matches her black outfit jumps up to her shoulder calmly, and lets her take him into the club as if all that noise and music were no big deal.
Wind grins conspiratorially and leans down to whisper to Rayne, "As a Tayledras, she feels it is her duty to always make an entrance."

They wander about through the town, which looks very different now that night has fallen and the lights are all out, looking for a nice looking karaokee place
(note: I TOTALLY wrote 'down' instead of town and 'light' instead of night. cuz I suck)

Rayne points at a shady looking club with a half burnt out sign that says kaeoe with a few letters missing. "How about that one?" he asked.
Cy looked at Flower and raised an eyebrow.

"Why not? It will be a nice change of pace from the nice, well populated JRocking. There'll be less people, which is something I would prefer from a karaokee place." Flower says, and even Wind has trouble figuring out whether she's joking or not.
He decides it's just another case of his sister being insane and leaves it at that. "Doesn't matter to me."

"But... Flower only knows music in common by one band..." Wind says, watching her run off happily.

"Bif Naked. I was trying to get her into common music so she'd learn a bit more vocabulary, and she wound up being a little too attracted to the strong confident rock chick vibe. Do whatever you want, Rayne."
Flower gets her turn on stage and goes up, and anyone who knows much bif naked music would probably recognize the song Tango Shoes starting up. This was maybe TOO perfect a song for Flower, since she knows all sorts of swing and tango style dances.
At first she stands rather calmly in the centre of the stage, getting attention through her stage presence, and, well, probably through the slightly strange costume she's wearing.
"When we're together,

I dawdle down the street, shuffle my feet,
don't wanna go home.
There's an antique store.
I go inside.
All I got on me,
is only twenty bucks and my pride.
That's when I see them!"
She finally switches to dancing as the song picks up
"My new tango shoes,

They are my ticket! My tools!
My new tango shoes,
they're gonna help me dance away from you!
My new tango shoes!
"Like Cinderella, I am transformed.
Suddenly I'm taller
you're smaller

I go downtown.

girls all around.
and they see my...

They are my treasure! They're so cool!

The musical part comes in, so she has no lines to sing for a moment, and this is when she really shows off the tango moves she knows, dancing by herself, although in a dance that would usually be intended for two. Before the next part she finishes the mini-dance routine and crouches down, leaning half off the stage
"...see my sexy metamorphosis
right before your angry eyes...
I stick a red rose in between my lips,
turn on my heel,
dance out of your life!"
She spins on her heel, just like the song says, using the motion to stand back up. While facing away from the audience, she sings
"You told me you love me.
That was untrue.
Now that we're over,
this dance is for you.
Tango!"
She turns back to the audience and smiles broadly while oozing confidence, dancing again, although she can't dance as much as she did during the bridge since she needs to sing too.
