This chapter is so FULL of fanservice. So much butt shots, a yuri shot, and a yaoi shot. When Viz gets this chapter, they're going to have to change rating. That was HAWT! I always knew Sakura had a hidden perv somewhere in her - I just didn't think she'd get turned on by SasuSai yaoi. I'm going to be grinning for DAYS after this. And to think that I was so freaked out by having SasuSaku withdrawal... this chapter definitely turned it around!

And that, my friends, is why I believe Sasuke should be seme in yaoi!
That Suigetsu guy looks like a Nice Fellow. Maybe it's because of that sheepish smile of his. But really. He was rather cute. But I'm still odded out by the fact they're in Wave Country. Well, I suppose that the Sound nins have been on the move for a long time, meaning they could've been anywhere at the time when Sasuke and Orochi fought.
There's a shot of the new girl's behind in shorts. I SWEAR - Kishi's turned Ken Akamatsu on us. (For those who don't know, Ken Akamatsu created Love Hina and Negima, which are FULL of fanservice.) Hey, if Kishi can be a bit ecchi on us, then I suppose that he can turn all shoujo on us too. Kishi is VERSATILE. GO KISHIMOTO!
Yet... what the hell was that chapter?!

I was excited by this (ignored the yaoi and the yuri), but then I came to deviantART and lost my robustness.
Facts-- Sakura obviously still thinks Sasuke is a flaming hot piece of man beef.
-Sasuke smiled when he read 'Great Naruto Bridge'. Not a sadistic smile. A GOOD SMILE. HE STILL LOVES HIS TEAM AND THE MEMORIES.
Yaoi-fangirl/NaruSaku's new standpoint: This chapter proves that Naruto is turning into a yaoi and that Sasuke is gay.
^That turned me off and made me angry.

xD! That is just TOO amusing for me. Hahaha. But seriously, there is something wrong with Konohamaru. -sweatdrop- [Sai's expression.. xD]
And Sasuke at The Great Naruto Bridge... his expression... it killed me. <3 My love for Team 7 is alive again~
And as for Suigetsu... I'm not sure. I think the only reason why I like him so far is because of this fanart. Hopefully there will be more in store for him. I also can't wait for the woman at the end to be revealed.
So yes, chapter was good.

And that image of Sasuke and Sai has been in my head ALL.DAY.LONG. It was so.. unexpected.
I also didn't notice Sasuke smiling at the 'Great Naruto Bridge' until just a few hours ago. It was so cute. ^-^ Then he smiled again toward the end of the chapter. He certainly has been showing a lot of emotion lately.. and by a lot, I mean what the twelve-year-old Sasuke showed.. I like it. It reminds me of the past.
And I'm almost eager to see what this new female character is like. The 'Karin' in Uzumaki Chronicles was EXTREMELY annoying, but this Karin seems to be.. cooler. Who knows.. I might actually like her.
.. God. This was just such a random chapter. xD

HAHAAAAA. That fanart is made of win. That fact pretty much lingered on my mind a bit... but it just didn't stick as much as the yaoi did.
When I said I would be grinning for hours, it turned out to be true. All day long at school, I've been grinning on random moments whenever I remember that yaoi scene. I don't care what yaoi fangirls say - it's only Oiroke no Jutsu, after all. It doesn't mean anything, except that Sakura is a yaoi fangirl and she still thinks of Sasuke as man candy mixed with all that emotion.
I don't think that makes Sakura 17 - real world timeline is different from Narutoverse timeline, after all. (Besides, I always like to believe that Sakura's a year younger than Sasuke and Naruto, just so she won't be older by a few months. Call me crazy.)
Guess what? My highschool graduation is on Sakura's birthday! Whee~! So very special that day is.

Ooo, congrats Tenshi! 'Tis a special day to graduate.
So, there are a few things everyone must know about Rene....... err..... GOD! I keep forgetting I have a different name here. SIRETA. There. there are a few things you need to know about Sireta because you read this post.
1- SHE HATES YAOI. WITH A PASSION. Not to say she can't stand it, she just doesn't understand sticking yaoi into a series that has no yaoi basis, and gets sick of people saying yaoi is canon WHEN IT'S A SERIES FOR MEN. MEN DON'T LIKE THE GAYNESS.
2- Sireta has been a rabid SasuSaku fangirl since she hit the Naruto fandom 2 years ago.
3- Sireta has been debating for over a year and can give you a response to every flippin' argument you can hand her. AND THEY ALL MAKE SENSE.
So, without further adieu, a rant from yours truly about said chapter:
Okay. so there's fanservice. Big whoop-de-do. Who cares? It was meant for humoring purposes only. I did my fair share of oogling Sasuke (by imagining Sai did not exist in that picture). I was a happy fangirl, but I can ADMIT THE YAOI WAS NOT THE POINT OF THE CHAPTER.
I get so sick and tired of 'omg yaoi is canon in naurto, NaruSasu is SOOO gonna happen. naruto was so jealous.'. Pardon my french, but, WTF? He was not jealous. HE WAS DISGUSTED. That's the same face I make when something grosses me out. DISGUST DOES NOT EQUAL JEALOUSY. Get over it. Kishi was giving us fanservice to lighten the mood. You should be worried that this means something dark and horrible is going to happen soon.
The point of this chapter was not to get your yaoi sense up in turmoil. It was to lighten the mood and give us insight in Sasuke's disposition. Remember the ending scenes at the Great Naruto Bridge? Sasuke read the sign, and smiled. It wasn't a sinister smile. It was a 'Sasuke-from-part-1' smile. He was reminiscing, and he enjoyed the memories-- meaning he still cares for his team. He still cherishes them and the memories he created with them. Meaning he didn't lie to Sakura at the goodbye scene when he said he would have liked to stay with them.
MEANING HIS THANKS TO HER WERE JUST AS GENUINE AS HER WORDS.
I bet you anything if Suigetsu hadn't of interrupted, he would have started having flashbacks.
This is not only a good sign for SasuSaku, but above all else, A GOOD SIGN FOR THE REUNITING OF TEAM 7. Focus on that, which was the the real SIGN of the chapter for foreshadowing. Think about that.

Things I liked:
1. Suigetsu. XD He just rubs me off the right way. I like him. <3 [And the fanart. LAWL. <3]
2. Sasuke. No, not nekkid Sasuke. *cough* But the fact that he was smiling at old memories, and just the way he acted. Reminds me of 12-year-old Sasuke, whom I miss ever so dearly.
3. The yaoi/yuri. XD FTW? I was a liiittle dissapointed that Sakura was OHSOHAPPY to see Sasuke get in on with Sai, but hey. xD I think we can all admit it's hot. Like the rest of you have all said. Happy early birthday, Sakura. ;D ....Sai. OMG. XD What kind of reaction is, "Oh. It's me and Sasuke-kun."
4. Karin's a**. xD Ho boy. Sassy chick, coming through. (I'm up for some more Sasuke harassment~)
Things I don't like:
