Taemi I have played alto sax for 3 years....My wishlists include...*drumroll* Soprano Sax...hehe or Sopranino Sax. Have you seen those...so small, so high pitched... heart Been playing alto for 6.5 years and my wishlist consists of: A new case (I've had the same one all my years!) and a jazz mouthpiece and possibly a reed trimmer. (I saw one of the other saxes have one and it's quite spiffy.) whee

Soft shell cases arent very good for altos specially if your in marchingband. Another good case to get is SKB they make nice molded hardshell cases that are very tough and sturdy. Great for trips and if you throw your cases around alot.

Hello! I've played Alto Sax for Six years, Tenor for Three, Bari and Saprano for Two, and Piccilo Sax for one... so I have a little of experiance. But, my favorite is my Silver, Yamaha Professional Alto. Very, Cool... no wishlist, except to understand a Mellophone, for DCI, ((Stuipid Mouthpeice...))
(Also the section leader for Three years...)

If you do that's pretty cool that thing is like an octave higher than a sapranino sax. If my memory serves me right it's actually called a saprillo sax. Isnt it also only available in Germany or somewhere in Europe? What kind of mouthpiece does it use? What kind of parts does it need? Hows the action? How did they place the table keys? do you need a special reed for it?

I play the alto (My Fwaa), the Tenor (My Vinny), and the Bari (The Nameless One). xD I've been playing the Tenor and Alto for about a year and a half each and the Bari a few months. I love them so much! I carry them everywhere I go, even on planes. XD And people think I'm crazy because I talk to them. I love them so much!
