well, not unless your playing cribage and your hand contains a 5,5,6,6. that would be a bitchin' thing to have as the up card.
if i counted right, that is a 22 point hand!!!! but you would have to be brave to hinge a hand on one card. (a four so there is actually four cards to help you). at least it isnt an inside straight to be shot for.
