Watching as the human reached out towards Vib, she took a step foward and sniffed her hand. Then retrieved her nose and looked at her curiously. Not understanding a word she said. Although she knew that her horse would. "Hey." She said to the saddle soquili that belonged to the pale face girl. "You're one of those pale faces' soquilis right?" Nodding, but smiling sweetly. Trying to ask a question without sounding mean.
Edit // Awnae smiled at Vib and sniffed him. "You smell like them." she laughed. "but you're still looking good." Winking at her mate. Then rubbing her head under his chin like always.

((I'm back! I've only got 30-45 minutes left, though. sad ))
Arama liked the girl petting her neck and nose. That felt so nice...she liked that a lot. She didn't know why the girl was doing this, but she wasn't complaining. She had to smile at Kanati's description of her master. "That he is...though once he's used to you, he should be a bit better."
Padre Miguel sighed and wiped his brow, relaxing as the unicorn trotted away. But a few minutes later, he silently prayed that the Lord would help him endure this suffering, for the unicorn was returning. But now he was carrying...the most unusual bird feather, and a red fruit of some sort. Cautiously he reached out to pet the unicorn's nose as a thank you for the gifts. He had lost his appetite, however, so he planned to save the strange fruit for later.

Since the pale face's horse seemed calm enough from the pretting, Summer Jessamin put her arms on the saddle, and pressed down. As if attempting to tell the horse of her intentions.

Kanati let the pale face pet him.
He now trusted this two legger.
"Hey Arama that apple and carrot are for you." He called out to her.

Padre Miguel smiled as he pet the unicorn. Perhaps this new world had promise after all.
"Thank you, Kanati!" Arama called back, before her attention was drawn to the sudden pressure on her saddle. Was the girl trying to be like her master? She stood still, avoiding the temptation of the apple and carrot Kanati had spoken highly of until the potential for work was gone."

Sibalto returned to his mistress, eyeing the stallion and mare that stood before her.
Tari's face was alight with happiness as she eyed the glitter on her palm and then the shining muzzle. Giggling as he huffed at her, she huffed back and stroked his neck, turning and smiling at the mare.
Sibalto nuzzled her shoulder, then bowed his head to mare and stallion. "Are these your herd lands? I apologize for our intrusion.. My human, Taria, and I came from the sea..."
He turned to the mare. "I am... And you? Do you belong with a human?"

Kanati turned to look at the native girl seemingly trying to get up on Arama.
He left the man and walked towards Arama.
"What is she doing?"

when the horse seemed okay with it, Summer Jessamin hoisted herself onto the saddle. at first she just lay horizontally across it, legs over one side, arms over the other. this was strange. very very strange indeed. the leather was cutting into her bare stomach, and rubbing her skin in an uncomfortable way. even though the thick, hard, leather she could feel the horse breathing. she twisted around a bit into the leather by the saddle horn. she then placed her hands on either shoulder of the horse, and pulled herself up so she kneeling on the saddle and now facing the same way as the horse. the front and back of the saddle dug into her legs. which really seriously hurt. so she pulled her feet out from under her and left them dangle on either side of the horse. she was still sitting in the saddle incorrectly (but she didn't know any better) because she was almost sitting on the saddle horn. but all she had mangaed to figure out so far was that this thing HURT.

"I don't know to say if this land is ours or not. That is for the chief to answer." Nodding at the stallion. "I have a human, but not one that puts those stuff on me and sits on my back." she giggled. "My name is AWbaety, please just call me Awnae." smiling at him. So far, this mare has been making friends with 2 saddle soquilis. "Come from the sea?" Wondering what that meant. Does hat mean they come out of the water? Then what about the ship? she thought a bit. "This is Vibrant, call him Vib if you wish to." Pointing to the stallion beside her with her nose.

Vib turned his head to face the other stallion, "yes...but there are many of us here, many stanger than I." He turned back to the girl as she stroked his neck rubbing even more glitter onto her hand.
He smiled at his mate, "i'm sure i do .. m'love," once more the glowing eyes fell on the stallion "I'm Vibrant Shades of Death as my mate Awny has told you."

Padre Miguel saw that the girl was trying to climb into the saddle incorrectly, so he ran over to be of some assistance. He had no idea how to speak her language, so he tried to point out the correct way by pointing to his foot, then to the stirrups.
"I have no idea what she's trying to do," Arama said. "I think she's trying to sit on my like my master does, but she hasn't figured it out yet." The mare squirmed slightly under the akward weight. "I hope she figures out soon."

Summer Jessamin watched the pale-face very curiously, and then tried to do what he was getting her to do. She figured that he meant for her to put HER foot in the dangling strap thing. She tried it one way, putting her heal back into it. but that hurt. she looked around at the other pale faces. so you come from behind and stick your toes in? she tried that, but just ended up twisting her foot in the thing. she looked at the pale face wondering what she was doing wrong.

Awnae loved what he calls her. Awny...a cute name. "Yes." Nodding. Then sniffing at the ground. Noticing that there were a lot of stuff here she've never seen. "You people have a lot don't you?" Looking at all the packages placed around. Everything looked so intersting to her. Lifting her head to look up at the sky. Today was one of the best days ever in her life.

Sibalto listened first to the mare, and then her stallion as they explained some of their world. He nuzzled Tari, knowing she was lost to the conversation going on beside her, but he would somehow make her explain.
"Strange?" Sibalto snuffed. "I think all my kin grand, not "strange"..."
He turned to Awnae. "I apologize my lady, I am Sibalto WindRider.. Named by the lead mare of my family herd before I was brought to my human.. She just calls me Sibalto, and you may do the same. I am pleased to meet you Lady Awnae, and Lord Vibrant..."
Tari reached under the silken flow of Vib's mane and scratched at his crest, knowing Sib loved it so, and wondering if the other stallion would. She smiled as the mare nosed a pack, and reached into the nearest one, withdrawing a dried apple and holding it out to her with her free hand.
Sibalto perked his ears forward. "My favorite.. Try."
